Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The CRMs are to be TRACEABLE TO NIST (NATIONAL INSTITUTE OFSTANDARDS AND TECHNOLOGY) DURING THE DELIVERY TO THE PURCHASER

THE PURITY OF ALL THE CHEMICALS SUPPLIED SHALL BE WITHIN THERANGE OF 99-100%

THE PAYMENT SHALL BE MADE AS PER THE AVAILABILITY OF THE FUNDS SUBJECT TO THE FURTHER ORDERS OF HIGHER OFFICIALS/AUTHORITIES

Chemicals should be supplied with technical data and Certificate of Analysis

The bidder should quote the price including transportation charges and Include GST charges

Date of Manufacturing of Chemicals/consumables shall be of latest manufacturing, should not be more than 2 months.

FOR INTERPRETATIONS OF CLAUSES, CONDITIONS, SPELLING MISTAKES, ETC.,DECISION OF EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, RDW&S, Division KOLAR IS FINAL.

The tenderer must have supplied similar to the type specifies in the schedule of requirement up to at least 80% of the tender amount in last 5 years. (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24,2024-25 ) the media/consumables offered for supply shall be of latest manufacturing, and should not be more than 2 months. The certificate of completion for the same issued by the competent authority shall be submitted by the bidder

The expiry date of the chemicals/Media shall be at least of 3-4 years from the date of delivery to the purchaser

The participating firms should ensure that the chemicals/media are of Genuine, good quality and in good condition, if at any stage it is found that the item supplied is of sub- standard quality/inferior quality will be rejected forth with

Samples must be submitted as mentioned in KPP and bid document on designated location and designated date and time, failing will lead to rejection in technical evaluation. No further correspondence regarding sample submission

The codes of the media kindly refer from the bid document(SECTION V: Schedule of Requirement/Technical Specifications)

CRMs (Certified reference materials) should be of ISO 17034 Certified with certificate of analysis.

SINGLE ORDER VALUE OF ATLEAST TWICE THE AMOUNT PUT TO TENDER

The supply of chemicals/media has to be made within the 20 days from the date of issue of the Purchase Order otherwise the supply order will be cancelled.

COA certificate should be procured.

In case dealers are participating in this tender Authorization certification must be submitted from MFG Co.

It is mandatory to quote all the items

Only authorized distributors/manufacturer should participate in tender process.

Date of manufacturing of chemicals / consumables shall be of latest manufacturing, must have a minimum remaining shelf life of two/ three years from the date of delivery

The Media should be of ISO certified with certificate of analysis

Media should be supplied with technical data and Certificate of Analysis
