Taking out un-serviceable/faulty cable/service connection cable of any grade / type / class of any size for repair / replacement from pole / wall / cable duct under ground trench etc for re-use or removal from site of work all as specified and directed. (Note- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply, laying, fixing, passing through pipe or laid in trenches and testing underground XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire, armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross section area 16 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, fixing, passing through pipe or laid in trenches and testing underground XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire, armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross section area 35 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtrs in depth for laying of cable, fixing of stay etc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 in depth and getting out in hard/dence soil for LT cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returing, filling in, incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above starting point Completed all as specified and diercted.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground cables using new dry river sand laid in trenches 8cm thick below the cable and 15cm thick above the cable after laying and stretching the cable complete, punned to 18cm, complete all as specified and directed Note : Punned thickness of 18cms shall be measured for payment.

Supply and laying Un-reinforced precast factory made concreate cable covers, class LV type-I, with flat size 250X150x40 mm Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe medium grade 40 mm fixed on walls/ poles/laid in trenches as cable protection all as directed and specified.

Supply and fix OFF LOAD change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosures 4 pole of capacity 100 Amps all as specified and directed.

Supply, Install Testing & Commissioning of self supporting totally enclosed double door at front, LT feeder piller compartmentalised design, dust and varmin proof of size 600 mm(Height) x 600 mm(Length) x 450 mm(Width) suitable for 440 Volt 3 phase 4 wire system made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and built upon regid frame work having front and rear hinged doors with neoprence rubber gasket including danger plate, earthing strip point and, ventilation louvers at the rear side, bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size of Zinc/Cromium plated and nuts, bolts ;and washers etc. The pannel shall be synthetic enamelled painted and the control circuit diagram shall be with colour code solid conductor copper 1.5 sqmm cable for easy identification including incomming/outgoing cable holes at the bottom, complete after taking down the old unserviceable one.
