Material & labour for General servicing of Highmast light fitting with pole and accessories etc including oiling, greasing in gear system, chain, rope wire etc; alignment of Light holder ring, functionality of rope wire and other connected parts for serviciability of highmast and rectification of defects including replacement of unserviceable nuts, bolts, fixing of broken chains and making the high mast fully functional upto the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/Replacement of Highmast electric motor including gear box and operating mechanism capacity upto 1.5 /2HP 3 phase type all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs Aviation obstruction LED light fitting 240 volt low intensity twin aviation light of power consumption 10 watt in total, including fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repairs Automatic street light switch using NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of street light based on lux level of natural light the sensor (nature switch) along with suitable power contactors and MCBs (input- output) should be enclosed in pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, Electric proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box conforming to IP-54 the contactors, MCBs and copper circuit wiring should be enough to take three phase load of 8KW, Contactor Rating 25-32Amps, MCB SP 32Amps, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair to timer switch Digital type 24 hours , 16/100 Amp contact rating 230 volts AC 50 Hzs suitable for street lights and all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fixing in repair 3 pole power contactor type ML 3 AC 3 rating(100A) Aux Contactors 2NO+2NC compatible with digital timer of suitable capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations, shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, laying pipe line, laying of cables or fixing poles and stays and struts etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches, exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loos soil for taking up/laying cable/pipeetc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning filling in incl spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layer n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and laying in replacement and testing cable LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, glavanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium condutor size 35 Sqmm 3.5 Core including making necessary electrical connections by using AI thimbles of appiropriated size complete all as specified and directed Note : Excavation, earthwork will be measured and paid separately under respective item respective item of BOQ.

Supply and laying in replacement and testing cable LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, glavanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium condutor size 25 Sqmm 4 Core including making necessary electrical connections by using AI thimbles of appiropriated size complete all as specified and directed Note : Excavation, earthwork will be measured and paid separately under respective item respective item of BOQ.

Supply and laying in replacement and testing cable LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, glavanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium condutor size 16 Sqmm 2 Core including making necessary electrical connections by using AI thimbles of appiropriated size complete all as specified and directed Note : Excavation, earthwork will be measured and paid separately under respective item respective item of BOQ..

Supply and laying DWC pipe of size 77/63 mm including all necessary fittings for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Materal and labour for attending day to day street / security light (of any type, wattage and make, installed at various locations of Lalgarh Jattan Mil Stn) complaints received through telephone or in person, identification and rectification of defects by bringing down the fittings on ground or in position including replacement of drivers, Surge Protection Device (SPD), replacement of old unserviceable light fittings/fixtures, cleaning of glass/acrylic cover for clear reflection of light, jumper fixing, tightening of loose connections, GI bracket tightening, checking the connection of FRP junction box, light alignment, and properly insulating the connections complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Replacement of unserviceable items shall be measured and paid for seperately as 'Supply only' under respective items of this BoQ . (ii) contractor shall provide/depute sufficient number of electricians and helpers (as directed by Engineer-in-charge) to attend the complaints and rectified the same within 08 hours of receipt of complaints. (iii) contractors manpower shall attend complaint cell at 9.00 AM on dailly and shall get the complaint noted, address the complaints and completion report to given at the enf of the day to JE E/M. (iv) Vehicle, ladder, tools, LT tapes etc as required at site for repair/for making light fittings functional shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost and arrangement. (v) Any complaint/job given on a particular day shall be repaired/rectified within eight hours on the same day. The rate of recovery against non attending/completing job on same day shall be Rs. 75/- per complaint per day. (vi) Old retrieved material shall be deposited in AGE E/M yard.

Supply only electric driver for 35/45 Watt LED type light fitting complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only electric driver for 60 Watt LED type light fitting complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only electric driver for 90/100 Watt LED type light fitting complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only electric driver for 150/200 Watt LED type light fitting complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only surge arrestor of 5KV/10KV for LED type fittings complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 2.5 Sqmm three core PVC insulated, unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers of galvanised iron all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part-I, all as specified including GI pipe 20 mm bore medium grade for watering and 15 mm GI Pipe light grade for protection of earth lead wire, PCC chamber using PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 CI frame and cover, funnel and wiremesh, all excavation and earth work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fix in replacement rigid non metallic PVC Conduit 20 mm dia exclusive of boxes, junction boxes, terminal but inclusive of all Tees, Bends, Elbows, reducers, bell mouth, tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles pipe hooks etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of old painted surface of steel tubular pole (9/11 meter long above coping) and applying two coat of aluminium paint, making of strip of 30 cm width (black and white in alternate band) upto 1500 mm height with one synthetic enamel paint , rewriting pole No by painter with enamel paint, and painting the existing MS clamp with one coat of aluminum paint complete all as specifeid and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of old painted surface of LT PCC pole (up to top above coping), applying two coat cement base paint, making of strip of 30 cm width (black and white in alternate band) upto 1500 mm height with one synthetic enamel paint, rewriting pole No by painter with enamel paint, and painting the existing MS clamp with one coat aluminum paint complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for writting of Pole Nos on existing pole with stencil with white colour in black colour background of 80 mm hight around the radius of pole and all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement junction box, dust and water proof (IP65), out door type, made out of Polycarbonate with glass fiber re-inforced, size of box 200 x 160 x 98 mm with swinging cover and locking clamp, pole mounting, consisting 4 Nos mounted on SMC insulator links and provision of incoming/outgoing cables with gland, including in built 6Amp MCB, SP, 9/10KA one No complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Rate deemed to be inclusive of MS clamps and nut bolts for fixing the box along pole.

Fixing only in replacement LED bollard light of 9 watt rated power IP 65 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note :- Charges for required PCC work and fastners grouting are included in this item.

Supply and errecting in repair Prestressed cement concrete poles 9 metres long of cross section (102mm x 152mm) at top and (102mm x 289mm) at bottom class- 10 complying with requirement of IS-1678 - 1978 including painting of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer black and white strips 30CM wide each (05 Nos) up to 1.5 Mtrs height from coping & numbering of poles complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Excavation, earthwork and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch.)

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation foundation of poles etc including weathering slightly roundded or chamfered angle and throating necessary form work finishing all exposed faces of concrete etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :( Volume of poles/struts embedded in concrete shall be deducted. )

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation of electric poles/struts etc including necessary form work and fair finish to exposed surface without using complete all as specified and directed. Note : Volume of poles/struts embedded in concrete shall be deducted.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping for electric poles or for stay assy etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing LT pole any size/type from foundation in necessary earth work including dismentling of concrete MS clamps nuts, bolts, earth wire, overhead lines conductor, insulators, gaurding cradles and other accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for 40mm bore GI pipe light grade with all fittings and fixtures fixed to pole and laid to floor/ground for mechanical protection of cable strip all as specified and directed

Supply only 4 Sqmm 2 core, LT 1100 volts grade weather proof, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, multi stranded aluminium conductor cable, flat type, in service connections etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only 6 Sqmm 2 core, LT 1100 volts grade weather proof, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, multi stranded aluminium conductor cable, flat type, in service connections etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only 10 Sqmm 2 core, LT 1100 volts grade weather proof, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed, multi stranded aluminium conductor cable, flat type, in service connections etc complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Trimming/cutting the tree branches/ bushes around the LT overhead line of each span more than 45 metre and making safe clearance up to 2.00 metre distance from line wire all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Measurement for the payment purpose shall be considered pole to pole distance as one span lenght irrespecitve of No of conductors between the poles.

Material and labour for unbinding ACSR conductor and insulators from the poles and restretching/restringing and fixing of same ACSR conductor on same poles and insulators and binding the same with and including new 2 mm dia aluminium binding wire including making/tightening of jumpers at appropriate place to ACSR Conductor at site all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: All wires between pole to pole shall be restringed and measured as one length. Distance between pole to pole shall be considered for the purpose of payment.

S&F in replacement of energy efficiant LED invertor dimmable street light 60 watt having aluminium housing,maintainable ,clear toughned glass ,suitable high efficiant secondary lans ,LM80 Certified ,isolated electronic CC driver RTC enabled,IP66 and IK 05 protection .The security light should operated in following RTC time span of 6PM 90watt ,11PM 27watt,4AM 45 watt ,and 6 AM 0 watt charactorstic as directed by Eng in charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement brackets made out of GI tubing light grade 40mm dia, 1.5 metre long bent to shape at 120 degree angle at half metre from bottom (as per sample), fixing on poles/walls alongwith MS clamp for street light fitting including before fixing applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
