Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and copmected to meet requirement of tables 300.1

Excavation for road way in soil using manual for carriying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 50m as per Technical specification 302.3

Construction of Subgrade & Earthen Shoulders: Construction of subgrade & earthen shoulders with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to the site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300-2 with lead up to 1000m as per technical specification Clause 303.1 a) Private land.

Stipping of top soil from borrow areas located in aggriculture fields,storing at a suitable place ,spreading and relaying after taking the borrow earth to maintain fertility of the agriculture field ,finishing it to required level to the satisfaction of the farmer/land owner as per technical specification clause 302.3.2

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded materials spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface , mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC,and compecting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density ,complete as per technical specification clause 401

Providing ,laying, spreading and compacting & stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, stone screening /binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates watering and compacting to the required density gradeing 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.By mennual means.

Providing and lying interlocking concrete block pavement(ICBP) analysis with cement concrete block pavement as per IS:15658 -2006 of thickness of 80 mm and 28 days compressive strength not less then 40N/mm2 over a layer of bedding of sand compected thickness 30mm laid over a prepared base complying to grading specification in table 1500.6 (inclusive Edge Restrains and carrige) Blocks are to be laid either in stretcher/running/herring pattern of bond as directed by the Engineer and are to be laid in proper level and grade and copmected with appropriated equipment such as plate viobrator along with spreadin of a thin layer of joint filling sand complying to grading specified in table 1500-6 to fill up the gaps between blocks as per drawing and technical specification

Providing and fixing of typical Citizen informatory sign board with logo of PMGSY as per NRRDA pecifications and drawing having two nos MS plats of 1mm thick 900 x 750mm size each duly welded with 2 nos vertical and 4 nos horizental MS flates to be welded with 2x2450mmx1150 mm frame of MS Squre post to be embeded in cement concrete M-15 grade 600mm x 600mm size and 750mm below ground leve and keeping 50mm height above the ground level ,two coats of expoxy paintng MS square,flates and back side of the MS sheets with a coat of primer and two coates of ready ready mixed approved brand synthetic oil bound paint over a coat of exposy coated priming on rear side of the MS plates with bands and lettering of different approved shades as directed shown in the approved design with oil bound redy mixed synthetic paint and providing 70mm x70mm size PMGSY logo.

Maintenance Sign board :- Providing and fixing of typical Maintenance informatory sign board with logo as per MORD specification and drawing .Three MS plates of 50 x5 mm thick ,back plate duly welded with 70mm dia steel tubes back plate duly welded with 70mm dia steel tubes back on edegs as per drawing .The lower and upper plate will be welded with MS flate iron frame of 50mm x5mm . The steel tubes will be embeded in cement concrete M 15 grade blocks of 600 mm x600mm x750 mm below ground levels .All M.S will be stove enameled on both sides.Lettering and printing arrows,border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour.All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.00.1
