REPAIR/ MAINTENANCE OF CEILING FAN, EXHAUST FANS, GEYSERS AND OTHER E/M RELATED WKS UNDER AGE E/M-I OF GE(N) MAMUN

Disconnecting electrically, taking down existing ceiling/exhaust fan any type and capacity with due care, dismantling blades and handing over to user for repairing from MES with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Assembling the ceiling fan/exhaust fan any type with blades and making sure all blades screwed properly at site and hanging on ceiling/wall and connecting up the cable from ceiling rose or connector to fan complete with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Strip opening of AC ceiling fan 230 volts any make/type/size and carrying out servicing by repairing/greasing/oiling, re-assembling, replacing rubber reel, fixing bolts and nuts with lock pins, blade screws if required and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i). Repairs/replacement of items other than specified will be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) Servicing of ceiling fan will be done at site.

Rewinding of AC ceiling fan motor 1200 mm sweep any make/size with super enamelled copper winding wire with 35SWG gauge including cutting of old burnt Al/Cu winding wire. Sleeve work, varnishing with `B' class insulation varnish, connection with flexible wire of appropriate size two core copper wire upto connector block complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Rewinding should be done at workshop. (ii) Make of winding wire : BIC/Devidyal or equivalent approved make.

All as per item No-4 here in above but ceiling fan motor 1400mm sweep.

Strip opening of exhaust fan/air circulator/table fan/Pedestal/wall fan any size/make/sweep and carrying out servicing by airing/greasing/oiling work, re-assembling, fixing clamp, blade screws if required and testing after carrying out the repair complete all as specified and directed.

Rewinding of exhaust fan/ air circulator fan/ table fan/pedestal/wall mounted fan motor any size, from 225 to 450 mm sweep with super enamelled copper winding wire with 27/29/30/32 SWG gauge including cutting of old burnt Al/Cu winding wire, cleaning of slots and provision of necessary threading/sleeve work and taking out connection in lead with PVC insulated copper wire of appropriate size upto connector block complete all as specified and directed.

S&F fan capacitor AC 440 volts 2.5 mfd 50/60Hz incl PVC clamp complete and all as specified. Make : Bajaj/Usha/Havells.

All as per srl item No 8 here-in-before but 3.15 mfd.

Supply and fixing gun metal bush suitable for any size / model / type of ceiling/exhaust fans complete all as specified & directed.

Alignment of ceiling fan/exhaust fan shaft after grinding to required size, remetalling & finishing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of exhaust fan shaft of standard size suitable for 225mm to 300mm sweep exhaust fan including taking out old unserviceable shaft complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement fan regulator electronic, step type hum free suitable to control speed of fan from 0 to 100% and connecting electrically all as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of ball bearing any No suitable for ceiling fan up to1400mm sweep and exhaust fan of sweep 380mm/450mm complete and all as specified. Make : SKF/NBC/ABC.

S&F of ceiling fan clamp assy kit (rubber real -01, MS split clamp -02 Nos, nut ,check nut, spring washer, bolt not less tha 6.0mm dia & split pin -02 Nos) suitable for ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep complete all as specified.

S&F of fan blade set steel heavy duty suitable for exhaust/ pedestal/air circulator fan 230 to 450 mm sweep, complete (as per sample) complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking down carefully geyser of size 25 to 50 ltrs capacity from wall after unscrewing nuts/bolts etc for repairing and replacement of unsv spare parts such as NRV, safety valve, pressure release vlave incl descaling of rust and rubbish material from the inner tank and reassembling, refixing in same position with suitable size gutties/anchot bolts and nuts incl testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1.Spare parts/ items other than specified will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

S&F of thermostat as per sample for geyser of capacity upto 50Ltrs with temperature range adjustable from 25 to 75 degree centigrade, superior quality 20 Amps rating, 220 Volts AC supply complete all as specified and directed. Make: Theeta/Elcon/Daspass

S&F of glass lined incoloy heating element ISI Marked of rating 2.0 KW of size and type as per site requirement incl rubber washers suitable for water heater storage of size 25/50Ltrs complete all as specified and directed. Make: Theeta/Elcon/Daspass

S&F stainless steel syphon assembly of geyser 25 to 50 ltrs capacity including necessary studs, screws and rubber gasket/washers(as per sample) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel inner tank suitable for 25 to 50 ltrs capacity geysers of 22 SWG with glass linned coating inside the tank and hydraulically tested at 22.5 PSI pressure maintained at 90 degree centigrade as approved complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of termination rod single pointed made of aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long fixing on roof with aluminium strip incl taking down old unsv termination rod complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia long hex screws incl taking down old unsv test point any type complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 20mm light grade steel tubing grouted at junction point of aluminium strip to mount the air termination rod complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for mounting GI tubing at junction point of aluminium strip including form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode, 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick, buried directly in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal (ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50m below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip of 32x6mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of GI up to test point, GI light grade pipe 40mm bore as protection pipe, GI watering pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel and wire mesh, charcoal and salt, 40mm thick pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (Nominal mix) cover reinforced with XPM (weighing n.less than 4 Kg/Sqm) with suitable steel handle, and angle iron 40X40X3mm frame and chamber of PCC (1:3:6) type C-0 (including earth work in any type of soil, removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc.50m) and connecting, testing on completion, all as shown on electric plate No. 03 of SSR-2009 Part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Notes for item No 47 & 48: 1. Earth wire/ Strip & protection pipes length upto & including 7.50 metre is included in unit rate quoted by the contractor. 2. Earth filling shall be done by vegitable soil. 3. Soil shall be free from stone, boulders, aggregate, gravels . 4. Cost for Cutting chases on wall, making good the disturbed surface with cement mortar to match exisiting specifications deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Deduct : Total amount of SCH 'A' SECTION-II (SCH OF CREDIT) Rs. 52,840.00 to be deducted from Schedule ‘A’ (BOQ) to arrive at the Contract Sum.
