M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two layers (base layer 10mm & finishing layer 5mm thick) in cement mortar (1:4) using liquid water proofing compound in finishing layer on brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description and raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water and removal of rubbish, out off the premises, etc complete all as specified & directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only liquid water proofing compund complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for water proof cement based putty @ 1 kg (undiluted) per Sqm of average thickness 1mm over the newly plastered surface of wall/Ceiling and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (with mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall/Ceiling/ roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (with mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit of dia 7"/9" to make free from dust, loose paint etc and apply one coat of water proof cement based putty @ 1 kg (undiluted) per Sqm of average thickness 1mm over the old plastered surface of wall/Ceiling and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (with mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying one coat of acrylic water based Exterior grade primer on prepared putty surfaces of wall/roof/ceiling @0.9 ltr(undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying weather proof two coats of water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology, Excellent dirt pick up resistance with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti-Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water for each coat as per manufacturer instructions applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as directed.
