WATER TREATMENT PLANT at LWSS Bheonkheri 1st stage 0.50 MLD : (Refer to Data Sheet No.-1)

The structural Design & Drawings,construction,testing and commissioning of 0.50 MLD water treatment Plant including all components as per technical specification at Gambher Khad, complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in - charge. The water treatment plant shall include the construction of inlet chamber, raw water tank, presettling tank, V-notch, mixing channel, alum solution/mixing tanks kand dosing arrangement, hydraulic flocculator, settling tanks, rapid sand filters complete with back wash arrangement, clear water tank, , plant building( for housing chemical store cun dosing room, water testting laboratory cum attendent room(toilet), supply of laboratory requirement, piping, valves mechanical/ electrical equipment, electric wiring & panel boards, sanitation, interconnecting paths, protection/ retaining wall ,site development upto a minimum of 3m from edge of battery limit of plant,.On the completion of all civil, mechnical and electrical works the contractor shall test run the plant for one week before handing over the same to the department at the cost of the contractor.The 5 sets of hard and one set soft copy of structural design and drawing of all components shall be supplied by the contractor .

Excavation in foundation trenches upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work,jumper work, saturated soil including bailing of pumping out water,blasting soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited.In all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides,levelling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring,strutting,planking timbering and dewatering wherever required,stacking the usable and un-useable material / soil separately and after laying, jointing of pipes returning the useable soil in trenches in trenches in 15 cm (fifteen centimeters) layers including consolidating of each of each deposited layer by ramming and watering and disposing of all surplus excavated soil un useable materials as directed within all leads & lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diverson for traffic night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for excess to houses, fencing etc.complete in all respect with in all leads & lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in drain and channels etc. earth work for pipes upto all depths in all classification of earthwork such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chiseling soft/hard rock where blasting is probihited in all lifts including jungle clearence wherever required, trimming & dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring/struting, planking , timbering & dewatering wherever required stacking the useable/unuseable material/soil seperately & after laying, jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15cm layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/ unuseable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, right signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for acess to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge at site of work.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 ( I cement : 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( I cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material in all leads & lifts.

1st classBrick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6(1cement:6sand)

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4(1cement:2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcment for reinforced concrete form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in foundation and plinth upto floor two level.

Applying a coat of hot bitumen(mexphalt 80/100 or equivalent) using 1.70Kg.per square metre on damp proof course after cleaning the surface of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3(1cement:1.5 sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcment for reinforced concrete form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in i/c carriage of material within all lead and lifts

PUMPING MACHINERY (SUBMERSIBLE ):- Supply,errection,testing &commissioning of star rated enrgy efficient Submersible pumping set of KSB/Calama/ WPIL/ Crompton/BS/ SABAR / Oswal/ Kirloskar or any other approved make conforming to latest relevant BIS Code 8034:1976. The pump should be fitted with bronze impeller or suitable alloys suitable for handling Clear water having greased packed bearings and shaft with wound stator on motor side and with soft protection sleeve on pump side ensuring better life for shaft coupled to a submersible squirrel cage electric induction motor (water proof type) of required HP & 2900/1450 rpm of reputed make conforming to BIS 9283-1979 latest with upto date amendments, totally dust and water proof for submersible duty isolated from the pump by intermediate casing with double mechanical seal in oil chamber and grease packed lubricated bearings and provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to with stand non vertical loads with minimum wear and tear. It should also be fitted with a device to take up expansion of water with the heating of motor. The pump set should include water level guards, erection clamps , cable clips, depth gauge NRV & Sluice valves of approved class etc. The work should be completed to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in – Charge. The HP are indicative, the design /drawings of Pumping Machinery is to be got approved by L-1 Contractor from the competent authority before placing supply order for the same after finalisation of tender.The rates shall be for complete Job to run the machinery in proper working. The pumping machinery & its accessories/ valves /piping work etc. should meet with the following requirements. (i) Sluice Valves/Reflux Valves to be provided on delivey line:- These shall be double flanged valves of approved make & size of valves shall be one size higher than delivery size of offered pump.The class of valves shall be cast stell ASA-600 & for 2nd stage these shall be of cast iron PN-1.6 or cast steel ASA-600 (iii) Piping work (Column Pipe & Delivery pipesto connect Column pipe with Rising main):- The column shall be capable to with stand total dynamic preesurte + surge pressuire Or 1.5 times the total dynamic pressure whichever is more & it shall have minimum wall thickness of 4.80 mm jointed with flanged joints at every three meters. It shall also include the cost of providing, laying, jointing of column pipe with rising main, testing & commissiuoning including all types of bends & other accessories etc. (iii) Power shunt Capactor:- Capacotors shall be of suitable KVAR so as to improve power factor to 0.95 or above. (iv) Pannel Board:- It shall be of suitable size & capable to accomodate all above electrical accessories i/c providing & fixing in position these accessories & interconnections with cable of appropriate size & specifications. (T/Well No.1 to Sump well) :- 2 sets (1 working & 1 standbye) for duty condition discharge of = 1.17 LPS with Total Head of = 91.73 mtr. The BHP is to be offered by the bidder & rate shall be filled in by the contractor per set. (Refer to Data Sheet No. - 2 )

(T/Well No.2 to Sump well) :- 2 sets (1 working & 1 standbye) for duty condition discharge of = 1.26 LPS with Total Head of = 117.83 mtr. The BHP is to be offered by the bidder & rate shall be filled in by the contractor per set. (Refer to Data Sheet No. - 2 )

(T/Well No.3 to Sump well) :- 2 sets (1 working & 1 standbye) for duty condition discharge of = 1.34 LPS with Total Head of = 111.03 mtr. The BHP is to be offered by the bidder & rate shall be filled in by the contractor per set. (Refer to Data Sheet No. - 2 )

PUMPING MACHINERY CENTRIFUGAL:- Supply ,Installation ,Testing & Commissioning of star rated energy efficient horizontal spindle, horizontal/ radial split casing/end suctions (back pull out arrangement)single/ double/ multistage centrifugal pump suitable for operation, in parallel of recommended make such as Mather and platt/ KSB/Kirloskar/Jyoti /Beaconweir BS&BE or any other approved make confirming to BIS-1520-1980 with upto date ammendments, read with IS:9137-1978 or latest edition suitable for lifting clear water for under mentioned characteristics with bronze/Bronze with 2.5% Nickel impellers, dia of 405mm priming funnels, casing ring and shaft sleeves of bronze/ steel, shaft of SS:410/AIS 1431 Chrom in plated with cast iron casing coupled directly through a flexible coupling on a Common MS base plate to squirrel cage screen protected drip proof induction motor/TEFC/CACA of standard make such as Kirloskar/BHEL/ Crompton/NGEF/GEC/ Siemens / Jyoti/Area Brown Boven (ABB)/CGL and suitable for operation on 11 KV HT, 50 cycles/second 3 phase AC electric supply. The power of electric motor/motors should be at least (+) 10% in excess of the maximum power required by the pump / pumps in the operation range of (+) 10% and (-) 15% of the duty point head. The motor/ motors should be as per IS: 325-1978 with upto date amendments read with IS:900-1972. The starting current of the motor shall be limited to not more than 4.5 to 5 times of full load current.

It should include cost of bearing nuts, bolts and painting etc and should meet the following requirement including Pump sets (working + standby), All electrical equipments such as Starter, ICTP switches, MCB, Bush bar chamber, MCB, Panel board indicating lamps, Ammeter, Voltmeter, Hour run meter should be of electronic type , incoming and outgoing water proof cable for panel board, Double loop earthing, copper cable pressure gauge, capacitor, common header, sluice valve, NRV including erection and testing complete necessary piping for suction and common header and control valves alongwith electrical works including all taxes, insurance, transportation, freight charges, inspection charges, loading, unloading, conveyance to Departmental stores/ site, stacking, etc. including specials and wastage etc.; complete as per Tender Specifications and instruction of Engineer in charge. The HP are indicative, the design/drawings of Pumping Machinery is to be got approved by L-1 Contractor from the competent authority before placing supply order for the same after finalisation of tender. The rates shall be for complete Job to run the machinery in proper working. The pumping machinery & its accessories/valves/piping work etc. should meet with the following requirements. The size of common header shall be same as dia of R-Main. in No case pipe wall thickness shall be less than 4.80 mm. The common header & delivery pipes shall be properly jointed with flanges of appropriate Flange table with butt welds. (iv) Power shunt Capactor:- Capacotors shall be of suitable KVAR so as to improve power factor to 0.95 or above. Sump well to main storage tank (PHASE-IV) - 2 sets (1 working & 1 standbye) for duty condition discharge of = 5.53 LPS with Total Head of = 226.47 mtr. The BHP is to be offered by the bidder & rate shall be filled in by the contractor per set. (Refer to Data Sheet No.-3)

Sump well to Main storage tank (PHASE-VI) - 2 sets (1 working & 1 standbye) for duty condition discharge of = 3.79 LPS with Total Head of = 186.87 mtr. The BHP is to be offered by the bidder & rate shall be filled in by the contractor per set. (Refer to Data Sheet No.-4)

Sump well to main storage tank (PHASE-VIII) - 2 sets (1 working & 1 standbye) for duty condition discharge of = 6.06 LPS with Total Head of = 309.91 mtr. The BHP is to be offered by the bidder & rate shall be filled in by the contractor per set. (Refer to Data Sheet No. -5)

Sump well to Main storage tank -I (PHASE-IX) - 2 sets (1 working & 1 standbye) for duty condition discharge of = 8.12 LPS with Total Head of = 351.82 mtr. The BHP is to be offered by the bidder & rate shall be filled in by the contractor per set. (Refer to Data Sheet No -6)

Sump well to Main storage tank -II (PHASE-IX) - 2 sets (1 working & 1 standbye) for duty condition discharge of = 4.58 LPS with Total Head of = 368.25 mtr. The BHP is to be offered by the bidder & rate shall be filled in by the contractor per set. (Refer to Data Sheet No.-6)

Wiring for light/Fan point/Exhaust fan point/call bell point with 1.5 Sq.mm PVC insulated heat resitant flame retardent (HRFR) and low smoke single core (flexible) copper conductor cable in PVC casing and capping and earthing the light point with 1.5 sq.mm HRFRLS /PVC insulated single Group "C" as required including carriage of all material within all leads and lifts.
