Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of following capacity new indoor type air cooled CCR of thyristor control electronic type, suitable for use on input supply 240V +/-10%, 50Hz, output power with tapping and output current as specified below with 5 steps current variation suitable for local and remote control operation with 24V/48V DC control supply complete with digital output ammeter (0-30Amps) over current, open circuit and earth fault protections and earth leakage meter, positive back indication equipments complete with 5KV grade current transformer 20/10/1Amps and relay contacts as per AAI specifications etc. complete as required . 7.5KW CCR with output current of 6.6Amps

Supply of 5 KV grade 6 Sqmm single core Airfield lighting cable with stranded annealed plain copper conductor, unarmoured unscreened PVC insulated & PVC sheathed cable as IS 1554 part II 1988 etc. complete as required.

Supply of 1.1 KV grade 3C X 2.5 Sqmm cable with stranded annealed plain copper conductor, unarmoured unscreened PVC insulated & PVC sheathed cable as per IS 7098 part I 1988 etc. complete as required.

Supply of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, armoured Aluminium conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 4C X16 sq.mm etc. as per IS 7098 part I 1988 with up to date amendments etc. for complete as required.

Supply of 5 kV grade plug and receptacle of type B class 'B' connector suitable for field attachment with 5KV grade PVC insulated PVC sheated single core 6 sqmm copper conductor cable conforming to the relevant IS 1554 part II 1988 specification etc. complete as required.

Supply of internally illuminated LED based mandatory / taxiway guidance sign boards of various sizes made out of 4mm thick glare free poly carbonate sheet and front & body made out of 2mm thick powder coated aluminium profile having minimum width of 150mm and supported at back by 50 mm dia nominal size die cast aluminium pipe at a separation & frangible coupling as required. Light source shall be high luminous, long life typical 50000 hrs type 11 nos. LED's of 0.5W assembled on aluminium PCB of nominal size 700mm X 20mm X 2mm for boards having height 800mm or more. These aluminium PCB's should be placed across the length of the board inorder to ensure uniform distribution of light accross the board. The sign board shall be suitable for operation on series circuit at variable current from 2.8 A to 6.6 A including supply and installation of suitable capacity electronic converter and suitable isolating transformer all the signage shall have letters & symbols made by computerised cutting of vinyl and pasting on the poly carbonate sheet from inside / outside of the sign face of required colour as ICAO requirements. The board shall have secondary leads protected with PVC metallic pipe including nut bolt frangible mounting legs board shall have water proof protection and shall be ICAO latest amendment compliant in all respects etc. as required.

SITC of cubicle type totally enclosed free standing, dust free, damp & vermin proof outdoor feeder pillar box along with slanting roof having protection of IP55 fabricated with 14SWG CR CA sheet, duly powder coated including supply and fixing of switch gears, interconnection, wiring with suitable wires including the following: 63A FP MCCB having thermal magnetic release with rotary handle (incomer) - 1 no. 32A FP MCCB having thermal magnetic release with rotary handle (outgoing) - 4 nos. Aluminium busbar of 100A rating. 32A Three Pole contactor - 2 nos. Digital Timer - 2 nos. Digital multilevel meter - 1 no. CTs - 3 nos. R, Y & B LED indication lamps - 3 nos. Control fuses - 3 nos. etc. as required.

Supply of 6 metre (above ground) OCTAGONAL MS hot dip galvanised pole with double arm bracket of 1.5 mtr length having suitable base plate with 4 nos. suitable size 750mm long "J" type GI foundation bolts including S&F of 6A SP MCB and 40A 4way connector for input & output of power supply in the existing hylam sheet which is available inside the pole, necessary wiring of size 3 X 2.5 Sq.mm copper conductor FRLS cable, suitable to mount 2 nos. 70W LED luminarie, etc. as required.

Supply of 9 metre (above ground) OCTAGONAL MS hot dip galvanised pole with single arm bracket of 1.5 mtr length having suitable base plate with 4 nos. suitable size 750mm long "J" type GI foundation bolts including S&F of 6A SP MCB and 40A 4way connector for input & output of power supply in the existing hylam sheet which is available inside the pole, necessary wiring of size 3 X 2.5 Sq.mm copper conductor FRLS cable, suitable to mount 2 nos. 70W LED luminarie, etc. as required.

Supply of high efficacy LED street light fittings of 70W or better as per technical specification enclosed in Annexure - I for proposed perimeter light fittings compound wall etc. as required (as per the list of approved makes).

Supply of 150mm high CI collar of round shape of outside dia 330mm, 10mm thick all round except on top surface which is 15mm thick having a clear opening of 220mm and 6 nos. M10 tapped holes at the hole center of 260mm to receive light fittings base plate and bolts on both sides (top and bottom) with all accessories like SS bolts etc. complete as required.

Supply of CI isolating transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside size 330mm height, 450mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15 mm thick, cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing aasociated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole centre at one side surface centre 75mm above bottom surface suitable to receive one no. of 50 mm dia "B" class GI pipe and check nuts as required .The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 30mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220mm at the top surface and 6 nos M10 tapped hole at the hole centre 260mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts etc. as required as per the drawings.

Supply of 6mm thick M.S. powder coated covery plate to cover the CI transformer housing box of 330mm dia outside dia having suitable holes to fastern the cover etc. as required.

Supply of M10 size stainless steel bolt of 30mm length with spring and plate washers suitable for the base plate of runway / taxiway and approach light fixtures etc. as required.

ITC of elevated omni-directional medium intensity light fittings suitable for Taxiway/Apron Edge lighting with suitable base plate, gasket, bolts & nuts, making connections, transformer installation etc. as required.

ITC of inset light fittings in straight line on concrete after core cutting to the required level and fixing the shallow base can in Dobefil/equivalent compound complete with lamps, connectors and making field connections with lamp & esna connector connections, & cable etc. as required.

Making field connections by crimping 6 sq.mm. plug and receptacle with the existing 6 sqmm single core PVC copper conductor PVC insulated ,PVC sheathed cable including filling with gap with water sealent material applying HT insulation tape, over which PVC tape etc. as required.

Installation of transformer housing box (450mm high) with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 530X530X100 mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150mm thick top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including excavation of existing Bituminous road/ pavement /shoulder of the runway, disposal of material within 50 mtrs lead ,providing and fixing 300mm long 1/2" dia "B" class GI pipe with checknut for drainage of water including excavation of side shoulder and refilling. The boxes are alligned in such a way that the hole centres fall in straight line etc. complete as required.

Installation of CI collar (150mm high) with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 530X530X100 mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4 ,150mm thick top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including excavation of existing Bituminous road/ pavement /shoulder of the runway, disposal of material within 50 mtrs lead ,providing and fixing 300mm long 1/2" dia "B" class GI pipe with checknut for drainage of water including excavation of side shoulder and refilling. The boxes are alligned in such a way that the hole centres fall in straight line etc. complete as required.

Kerf cutting with machine in bituminous/cement concrete paved area of runway shoulder for cables/pipes of bore not exceeding 40mm upto a depth of 0.15 meter including filling back/sealing the cutting using cement concrete/compound as required but excluding pipe laying (pipe laying included in other item Nos).

Cutting of cable groove with kerf cutting machine for laying following number of 2x2.5 Sq.mm AFL secondary leads meant for inset/taxiway fittings on the concrete/bituminous runway including kerfing, chiseling, cleaning and filling the groove with sealent compound after putting sealant primer, after laying secondary lead including jute covering for protection etc. as required. a) Single run of cable

Drilling suitable horizontal bore across runway/taxiway/road/pavement and supplying & inserting 160mm dia HDPE pipe in the bore along with required fittings including providing pulling rope (pulling rope will be supplied by AAI) through the pipe.

Supply & laying of 'B' class (medium class) GI pipe of 20mm dia in kerf area including providing necessary GI fittings, etc. as required

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed flexible cable/AFL cable of 5 KV grade of size not exceeding 35 sqmm in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/GI/HDPE/DWC pipe etc. complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed AFL cable of 5 KV grade of size not exceeding 35 sqmm in the open duct complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/GI/HDPE/DWC pipe etc. complete as required. Up to 35 sq.mm

Supply & laying of 50mm dia DWC HDPE pipe having pressure rating of 450NM with all accessories like socket / couplers, fitting & cutting, jointing etc. direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of operational guidance sign boards of various sizes including providing 1:2:4 cement concrete foundation of size 400mm X 400mm X 500mm and a total base of 150mm thick which extends all around the board with the distance of 1500mm (front, back & both the sides). The concrete base and leg foundation should be on the same level and approximately 20-25mm above the ground level. The job also includes fixing mounting legs of sign boards, fixing/ clamping essna connector on the cable, sealing with rubber tape, PVC tape, connecting the secondary leads & isolating transformer etc. as required.

Replacement of the existing old guidance sign board sheets with new retrofit guidance sign board sheets in the various size boards installed at Madurai Airport. Signage sheet shall be 4mm thick, long life imported poly carbonated non-specular surface with letters & symbols made out from 3M film pasted from inside with required coloring for taxiway guidance sign board. The job also includes removing the existing sheets & LED tube lamps inside the board and shall be internally illuminated with new LED modules of high luminous, long life LED's and all other accessories including retrofit driver / electronic converter suitable for operation on series circuit at variable current from 2.8 A to 6.6 A etc. complete as required.

Installation of 6 metre octagonal street light poles by providing suitable RCC foundation as per OEM's standard (having nominal size of 600 X 600 X 1000mm) & fixing on 4nos. GI 'J' foundation bolts with nuts washers. Job includes Supply & Fixing of 6A SP MCB and 40A 4way connector for input & output of power supply on hylam sheet inside the pole, interconnection between fittings & connectors with 2.5 sqmm FRLS wires, termination, earthing, numbering the poles etc. as required.

Providing holes in the departmentally supplied CI box, admeasuring 40mm dia and 75mm dia to accommodate 25mm GI pipe and 50mm GI pipe, without any damage to the CI boxes, including cutting, filing, polishing etc. as required to the satisfaction of Engineering-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required. (Airfield cable)

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required. (Streetlight cable)

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but with charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.
