SPL REPAIR TO OTM ACCN OF JCOS BLDG NO P-62 and P-63 (08 ROOMS and 08 BATHROOMS) UNDER AGE BR II AT OLD AMRITSAR CANTT

Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified directed.

Material & Labour for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in base of flooring etc if required complete all as specified directed.

Material & Labour for coloured non skid/matt finish ceramic tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick, (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sq.m but not exceeding 0.38 sq.m in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No 3 above but as in dado, riser & skirting over & incl 10mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified directed.

Material & Labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces 350 x 250x7 /450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, & incl 10mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete walls, ceiling etc, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed.

Material & Labour for rendering 5mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:3) on concrete surfaces as in ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified directed.

Material & Labour for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour 15 mm thick cement plaster in cm 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ of 3% on brick or concrete surface of walls finished surface even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed Note: Supply only water proofing liquid will be measured and paid separately.

Material & Labour preparing New plastered surfaces of wall and applying two or coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm / litre and UV resitance as per IS 15489: 2004, Alkali & fungal resisitance , dirt resitance extterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) withsilidon addiitives @ 1.43 litr/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior priomer applied @ 0.90 litrs/10 Sqm over new wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
