Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of induced draft counter flow cooling tower in FRP construction as per specification complete with frame work, FRP casing, PVC fills, high efficiency fan, fan motor, drift eliminator, spray nozzles, ladder, SS bolts and nuts, make up water with float valve and quick fill connections etc,. Place of installation at Military Hospital, Chennai with design ambient wet bulb temperature 27.8 deg C. Outlet water temperature from cooling tower shall not be more than 32.2 deg C. Total Heat Rejection of cooling tower shall be 300 TR complete, all as specified and as directed.

Note :- The cost of the cooling tower should be included with valve package & it should contain with butterfly valve 200mm dia – 02 Nos, Non return Valve 200mm – 01 No and manual balancing valve – 01 No suitable for cooling tower inlet/outlet water pipe line along with necessary ancillary items including necessary inlet, outlet water pipe line for reconnection with existing system, supporting base frames and civil foundations as per manufacturer's instructions.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of water circulation pumps complete with back pull out end suction CHILLED WATER PRIMARY PUMP with bronze impeller as per specification. Drive motor suitable for 292 USGPM / 50M static head (120 TR chiller AC plant), 415 +/- 15% V, 50 Hzs, 2P, TEFC squirrel cage induction motor, EFF1 class. The motor and pump shall be assembled/aligned at the factory etc and required to be match with the existing pump motor and existing systems, complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- (a) The motor shall be sourced from the same pump supplier. (b) The price should include base frame, coupling, vibration isolation & insulation for the pumps. (c) The cost of pump should be inclusive of entire valve package with butterfly valve 125mm dia – 02 nos, Y-Strainer – 01 no, NRV 125mm dia – 01 no and metalling flexible bellow connection – 2 Nos. (d) This entire valve package should be insulated with 50mm thick / 24kg/m3 TF quality EPS section and covered polythene sheet finished with 24G aluminium cladding.

(e) Necessary piping required for installations for the pumps motor with existing systems shall also be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (f) Necessary electrical works including cables and connected items for connection of pumps motor from existing panels shall also be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of condenser water piping/chilled water piping carried out of MS class “C” pipes of sizes 150mm bore. Note :- The rate quoted shall be deemed to include necessary steel supports, pressure testing etc. complete for 150mm dia all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of condenser water piping/chilled water piping carried out of MS class “C” pipes of sizes 200mm bore. Note :- The rate quoted shall be deemed to include necessary steel supports, pressure testing etc. for 200mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L electrical earthing complete with GI plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6.3mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level, with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32 X 6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron, earth lead wire protected by means of 15mm bore light grade GI pipe upto switch board / panel board complete all as specified and as shown in MES schedule electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 in chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B1, 50mm thick cover slab with 8mm dia TMT bars at 150mm centre both ways, with 6mm dia MS hook, charcoal dust, salt, GI pipe light grade 20mm bore with funnel for watering complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix ON load change over switch AC, 415 volts, 50Hz with sheet metal enclosures 4 pole of capacity up to 125 Amp complete all as specified and as directed.
