Supplying, installing, commissioning & testing of Silent engine generating set of capacity 40 kVA with accoustic enclosure as per new CPCB-II norms of emmission control, 415 volts, 3 phase 0.8 power factor 50 Hz, 1500 RPM self excited self regulated brushless AC generator including accoustic enclosure suitable for ambient condition and conforming to condition under IS 4722, BS 5514/ 2613 /5000 with suitable AMF Panel as per manufacturer's recommendations complete all as specified and directed with the following :-
ALTERNATOR:- Standard design alternator rated at 40 kVA net output at site after considering de-rating as per site conditions at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 - phase 4 - wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self excited self regulated screen protected drip proof IP 23 enclosure brushless design with winding in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of +/- 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be conforming to BS 2613/5000 and shall be imposition to generate supply with frequency regulation with in +/- 1% tolerance. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally conform to BS - 2613/5000/ IS – 4722.The Alternator shall be:- i) Insulation class - 'H‘ ii) Temperature rise Class - 'H‘ iii) Excitation : Self Excited iv) Regulation performance: The voltage is kept constant with +/- 1%, manual voltage adjustment within +/- 5% v) Frequency regulation +/- 1%.
DIESEL ENGINE:- Adequate capacity of Diesel engine as approved by the accepting officer base on manufacturers technical details water cooled to drive independently above alternator and after considering de-rating as per site conditions after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories directly coupled through flexible coupling multi cylinder multi stroke direct injection, cold starting 1500 RPM, as per relevant ISI/BS - 5514 with an overload capacity of 10% for half an hour in 12 hours continuous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation salient features of accessories shall be as under :- i) Fly wheel with housing ii) Cooling system :- Moulded radiator with fan & belts iii) Cooling Water pump : - Centrifugal type belt driven iv) Exhaust System :- Exhaust System complete with exhaust piping all as per OEM standards. Exhaust gas turbo charger type. Exhaust manifold Silencer : Residual type Bellows. v) Fuel System :- Fuel injection system with fuel injectors, fuel injection solenoid switch controlled by electronic governor for 1% speed /frequency regulation, Fuel filters, Fuel hoses. vi) Lub oil System :(a)Lubricating oil filter (b) Lubricating oil pump vi) Air Intake System : (a) Air intake Manifold - Air cleaner dry type vii) Governor :- Electronic Governor viii) Starting System :- Electric Self starter with maintenance free battery including battery charging alternator.
Batteries :- Batteries used in DG set are maintenance free of capacity as recommended by the manufacturer complete with copper conductor multi stranded leads of suitable length from self starter to the battery terminals complete with initial charge and initial fill of electrolyte all as specified and Starter gear ring Start and stop push button, Ignition key / Switch Handling and operation : Salient features of accessories shall be as under: Radiator with blower fan Corrosion inhibitor coolant, Paper element filters for fuel, lub oil and by pass, Electronic governor controlled direct fuel injection system Fly wheel housing and fly wheel viii) Generator Monitoring Panel : - Comprising of all standard items as mentioned under this schedule or asper standard practice iginiton key switch and start / stop arrangement, indications for Engine parametes, KWH meter, RPM meter, Engine oil pressure indicator, water/coolent temparature indicator, Battary volt display. ix) Safety Controls : - Engine low lube oil pressure high water temparature and over speeding of engine xii) Coupling arrangement : - Flexible coupling, fly wheel to suit flexible coupling x) Accessories :- AVM Pads built in enclosure and for entire unit on platform. xi) Base Frame : - Should be provided as OEM norms xv) Fuel Tank :- HR sheet top and bottom with caliberated level indicating arrangement, stop cock, drain plug, fuel pump of suitable capacity complete on a common base out side the accoustic enclosure.
CONTROL PANEL :-The standard microprocessor based control panel shall be fabricated made out of CRCA sheet and powder coated in side and out side and shall display as follows:- (i) Voltage of all Three phases, (ii) Current of all Three phases, (iii) Frequency, (iv) MCCB TPN, of appropriate capacity - 01 No . All relevant Para meter shall be conventionally displayed on complete panel there by providing easy monitoring of lubricant oil pressure, coolant temperature, battery charging ammeter, RPM and Watt Hour meter, Fuel Level, starting button/ switch etc
Accoustic Enclosure:- Manufactured by OEM suitable for 40 KVA DG Set (i) NAL approved as per CPCB - II norms (ii) It Should be as per latest rules and regulations of Ministry of Environment and Forest and Pollution control board (iii) The generating set battaries and control panel should be inside the enclosure. (iv) Construction Details/specification are as follows:- (a) Outer body :- CRCA Sheet as per OEM Standards (b) Doors :-CRCA Sheet as per OEM Standards (c) Sound Insulation :- As per OEM Norms (v) The accoustic should be composite in construction and fully assembled integral unit (vi) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure beside the DG Set on a suitable insulated platform (vii) The DG Set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button. (viii) The enclosure should be suitably illuminated by LED Lamp fittings. (ix) The noise level should be 75 dba at 1m under free field conditions. (x) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process. The powder coating shade should be as per OEM standard. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade.
ENGINE INSTRUMENTS PANEL :- All relevant Para meter shall be conventionally displayed on complete panel there by providing easy monitoring of lubricant oil pressure, coolant temperature, battery charging ammeter, RPM and Watt Hour meter, Fuel Level, starting button/switch etc. NOTE: Quoted rate is inclusive of PCC Foundation as per OEM Standards and should be 300 mm above the ground level and provide 300 mm clear space around DG set.
Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply & spreading in trenches dry river sand cushioning to underground cable in trenches including spreading, levelling hand punning down complete all as specified and directed Note:- Depth of sand cushioning will be measured after punning down and levelling the sand properly.
M & L for laying of bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cablfCe perpendicular to the direction of cable all as directed.
Supplying & laying in trenches 80 mm nominal bore, light grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.
Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point
Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for road cutting for laying of the underground cable or GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and laying 75 mm bore HDPE double wall corrugated pipe with all fittings laid in trenches/open for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) insulated cable for working voltages of 1100 V, PVC sheathed, armoured, 3 core with reduced neutral conductors (3½ core), nominal cross sectional area of main conductor 95 sqmm, stranded aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS 7098(Part-I): 1988 including cable glands, lugs etc. to suit the cable size and to be laid in trenches, fixed along pole, under floors, through GI pipe laid under floors/roads, through concealed GI pipe along wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to earthing lead of 32 mm X 6 mm galvanised mild steel strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron from earth plate to test point upto 7.5 metre including all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete chamber in cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate, precast RCC cover slab in cement concrete M15 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate of size 40 cm X 40 cm X 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia bar, GI funnel, GI wire mesh filter, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of earthing lead, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil/ strata and testing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
S & F earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32 mm X 6 mm galvanised mild steel strip complete all as specified and as directed.
M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for mild steel plates, plain or chequered, 5 mm thick or over in thickness in available sizes of grade E 250 quality C conforming to IS 2062: 2011 complete all as specified and as directed.
