SPL REPAIR TO BLDG NO P-25 AT TECH AREA AT AF STN TUGHLAKABAD

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including frames(if any),cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built with cement mortar1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for gunniting to RCC works in column beams, slabs, chajja, facia, landing, balconies etc by removing/ dismantling of RCC (loose concrete) and cutting of steel bar including plaster cleaning of surfaces with wire brushes and applying epoxy, paint anti corrosive coating of minimum 40-50 microns thick with sikatop Armatec 108 or Colusal VL of MC Bauchemie to rusted steel reinforcement after removing cleaning all rust and supply and fixing welded steel wire mesh 75mm x75mm with 4mm dia steel wire as facies/drops and similar works etc and expoxy based or other equivalent suitable bonding against treatment to be carried out on old concrete surface with Sikadur 32 of Sikka. Nito bond EP of fosroc or equivalent (as per manufacturers instruction) to bond old and new concrete mixing @ 2% by weight of cement polycrete and providing gunniting with a minimum pressure of 2 to 2.5 Kg sqcm and applying upto 50 mm thick gunniting in cement mortar (1:2) (one part of cement and two part of ghaghar sand) using ordinary port land cement of 43 grade over wherever required, complete all as specified and directed. Note:-(i)After placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surface shall be thoroughly scrubbing with (ii) Additional reinforced TMT bars where incoperated in work and quoted rate is including 15mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 (iii) Work to be carried out as in patches as directed by Engr-in-charge. (iv) Rate for steel scaffolding as directed to be included in quoted rate. (v) All demolished material removed from MOD land completely. (vi) Work will be executed at height upto 15 mtrs.

Material and Labour for Re-barring by drilling holes and fixing nozzle if required in existing concrete/brick work as in column,beams, slabs and foundation etc in any position and any description size of hole 14mm,16mm & 22mm suitable for dowels of size 10mm,12mm, & 16mm respectively (minimum depth 140mm for 10mm &12mm dia bars and 180mm for 16mm dia bar, cleaning the surface properly with blow out pump & round brushes and fixing of dowel bars with epoxy resin (resin hardner) complete all as specified and directed. Note (I) Adequate lap length shall be provided as per IS-456-2000. (ii) Reinforcemnt TMT bars where incorporated in work will be paid under item No. 29 (iii) The work shall be carried out upto four storied building with scaffolding.

Material and Labour for providing and applying corrosion resistance non- shrink free flow, cementitious one component Micro- concrete with average thickness 75mm having compressive sterngth (BS 4551-80-60) 50 MPA at 28 days, Tensile strength (ASTM C 348)-2.0 N/mm2 @28 days, flexural strength (ASTM C 348)-9 epoxy bonding agent having mix density of 1.45 to 1.5 Kg/ltr compressive strength (BS-6319 PT 3)-25 Mpa at 7 days bond strength (ASTM C 881)-11 N/mm2 at 7 days, having an overlay time of 3 hrs at 30° C Pouring of micro concrete into the framewrok using suitable arrangement of if required up to 15 Mtr height as directed using pumping device for and the bottom shuttering after 7 days ensuring proper bond between the micro concrete and existing concrete substrate etc. including all tools and tackels all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joint hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work up to 15 mtr height including scoffolding

Material and Labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on concrete or masonry surfaces mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement, surfaces to be finished even & smooth without using extra cement including taking down the cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note - (i) WPC shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work up to 15 mtr height including scoffolding

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI Marked complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) to brick or concrete wall surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement including taking down the cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work up to 15 mtr height including scoffolding
