C-EXECUTION ITEMS

Blowing and drawing of OFC through laid HDPE duct as per approved route plan , taking due care while transporting and sealing both ends as per specifications in Chp. 4 of Tender document.

Laying of HDPE pipe duct in trenches/GI Pipe/RCC pipe/on wall/on PF, including jointing and levelling using couplers and sealing the section etc as per site requirement as per specifications in Chp. 4 of Tender document.

Installation of Pastorate pre-fabricated OFC jointing pits (RCC/PVC) pit size 0.6mx0.8mx1m. The material shall be supplied as per engineer in charge instructions and should be specifications in Chp. 4 of Tender document.

Horizontal direction drilling/boring without damage of surface road using Auger 63 Machine. The bore shall be 150 mm Dia & shall be done at the depth of minimum 1200 mm from the ground level. The ground level shall be considered ignoring the bank height of the bank of the road. The length of the bore shall be minimum 4 Mtr long. The HDD with or without HDPE pipe as per direction of Engineer In charge and as per specifications in Chp. 4 of Tender document.

Excavation of cable trench as per cable route plan, 1 Mtr. deep and of 0.3 Mtr. to 0.6 Mtr wide advised by Engineer-in-charge alongside the track in normal (all type) soil/strata, conforming to distances as per cable route plan and refilling. This work includes clearing of route from bushes etc., covering of cable laid in trench by loose soil for a layer of 50mm thickness 64 approximately before covering by bricks. The work shall be done as per the extant practice on Western Railway and instructions of Railway Engineer at site. In case 1m depth of trench is not achievable due to site conditions, specific approval of JA grade officer will be required for each site where trench depth of 1 m is not possible. Without the approval of JA Grade officer, no payment for trenching will be made for trench depth less than 1m. Item as per specifications in Chp. 4 of Tender document.

Laying of OFC through PVC Pipe/Casing capping and termination/splicing in LIUs/FDMS as per specifications in Chp. 4 of Tender document.

Laying of PVC/Coaxial cable/Power cable/CAT6 cable in through PVC casing capping/pipe on wall including laying material like 3 way/4 way junction box ,T-Joint, flexible PVC pipes, etc. as per specifications in Chp. 4 of Tender document.

Cutting of the platform surface (Tile/Slab) for a depth of 25cm and a width of 10cms 67 and refilling/ Reconditioning/ Concerting/ Repairing the platform after laying HDPE pipe and cable. Cutting should be done with marble cutting machine in proper manner and restore the same as before in such a manner that aesthetic of the platform is not disturbed including provision of special tactile tiles for Divyangjan, etc. Item as per specifications in Chp. 4 of Tender document.

Station Platform Surface Restoration works as per specifications as per Railway Guidelines and railway categorisation of stations. Item as per specifications in Chp. 4 of Tender document.

Fixing of cable tray for housing of all type of telecom cable as per specifications in Chp. 4 of Tender document. Any and all required accessories must have rust-proof GI coating.

Digging of trench 1.2 M deep from rail flangel/road level and, 0.3 Mtr to 0.6 Mtr wide and back filling afier placing of DWC/ RCC/GI pipe. (Placing of DWC/RCC/GI pipe covered 70 separately).The ballast disturbed be screened and dressed as required by Engineer-in-charge or his representatives and road tarred immediately.
