Supplying installing and setup the piling equipments with ISMB 600 x 180, ISMB 250 x 80, ISMB 500 x 140, ISMB 250 x 100, ISMB 150 x 80 Cross strut ISMB 200 x 100 ML 150 x 75 MS plate 6mm thick and heavy duty roller bearing s tripod, bailer, winch chisel etc., suit for providing cast in situ piles of 600mm dia including cantry arrangements, hire charges, cost and conveyance of all materials, tools and plants equipment to site of work for approach jetty and landing jetty.The retrived material after use is to be taken backby the contractor at is own cost.

Supplying, fabrication & erection of steel cylindrical liners of 6mm thickness of M.S. plate to the required depth including providing additional stiffener plate (12mm thick and 1000mm high) as shown in the drawing including gas cutting, bending to required size, welding at yard & at site, welding, transportation, driving of liners with necessary equipment, all labour, materials, tools, equipment fuel etc.,complete. The quantity of liner shall be measured and paid upto required cut off level. However contractor has to built the liner 1 m above cut off level etc complete as directed.

Installing pitching and driving M.S. 6mm thick Liner tube of 600mm dia in hard bed in sea with suitable driving arrangements and labour, along the proper alignment, to the required depth etc., including mobilization, demobilization and hire charges of all machineries, materials, tools and labour etc., complete as directed by department officers.

Boring through the 600mm dia in all type of Strata. The rate should include the removal o bored material, cleaning the loose particles, bailing, chiseling and taking all measures to retain the sides and prevent necking of line from bed level etc complete complying with standard speciication and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing insitu design mix reinforcement cement concrete of M30 design mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal with minimum cement concrete of 400 Kg/M3 (Four hundred kilogram) with maximum water cement ratio of 0.4 and slump 150-200 mm by tremie concrete but the rate excluding cost of steel reinforcement and including the cost of form work, labour charges for mixing, transporting laying curing, cofferdams, shoring, strutting etc. complete complying with standard specification. Removing by cutting M.S liner tube of 6 mm thick in 600mm dia pile to the required length of using gas cutter and chipping, cleaning out the depth etc. complete and also Dismantling, Clearing away and Carefully Stocking materials useful for the use for any thickness of walls.
