Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone or cement concrete wall including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc ,complete all as specified and directed.

Green marble work 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade over and including 15mm thick screed as bedding layer in CM 1:4,complete all as specified and directed.

Making of moulding full round of kota / marble stone ,complete all as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of liquid water proofing compound in the proportion as mentioned in manufacturer's instructions . Note : Liquid Water proofing compound to be measured and paid for separately.

Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement,complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar in 1:3 on ceiling finishing even and smooth without using extra cement ,complete all as specified and directed.

Chipping /removing loose concrete up to reinforcement bars, without damaging the reinforcement, removing all the loose materials and to make all the exposed surfaces free from oil, dust and all impurities etc , complete all as specified and directed.

Removing corrosion of steel reinforcement by mechanical means like wire brushing, chipping to remove loose rust and then applying rust removal solution by using brush application, leaving the surface for at least 15 to 30 minutes, then removing loose materials by scrubbing or with brush and applying polymer bond to the old concrete surface before applying Polymer mortar , complete all as specified and directed. Application of Corrosion Inhibitor: Providing & applying One coat of Concrete Penetrating Corrosion Inhibitor (Surface applied) which works on Bipolar Inhibition Mechanism on entire concrete surface to be repaired by using brush or spray at 250 ml per Sq.mt./Coat or as per manufacturer’s specification and prior to application of first coat of anti corrosive coating to reinforcement , complete all as specified and directed. Providing and applying Polymer modified cement mortar of average thickness 15-20mm using Polymer in one or more layers in proportion 1:5:15 of Polymer Cement Quartz Sand as manufacturer’s specifications in specific layers, curing the surface after 72 hours of application with wet gunny bags etc and by finishing the surface with 12mm thick (1:3) Cement sand plaster , complete all as specified and directed. . Make :- SIKA - Sika 122 WL,FOSROCK - Renderoc S2

Providing and applying Polymer modified cement mortar of average thickness 30-40mm using Polymer in two layers in proportion 1:5:15 of Polymer Cement Quartz Sand as manufacturer’s specifications in specific layers, curing the surface after 72 hours of application with wet gunny bags etc and by finishing the surface with 12mm thick (1:3) Cement sand plaster , complete all as specified and directed. . Make :- SIKA - Sika 122 HS FOSROCK - Renderoc HS xtra

Shear Connectors: Make 10/12 mm dia holes using heavy duty electrically operated hammer drills in the concrete of RCC members to a depth of about 75 mm at 500 mm c/c or at suitable grid in zig-zag fashion, clean the holes using air jet and fix pre-fabricated 100 x 50 mm L-shape 8 mm dia rebar using Anti Corrosive protective coating so that 75 mm out of 100 mm is inserted inside the concrete and 25 mm remain outside along with 50 mm bend. Bond Coat: Providing & applying One coat of structural grade epoxy bond coat by brush conforming to ASTM-C-882-87 to the prepared concrete surface to be repaired / strengthened. This is applied prior to the application of polymer repair mortar / epoxy mortar / Microconcrete to have monolithic action between old concrete surface and new concrete surface. Make :- SIKA - SIKADUR 32LP, HIBOND

Providing Micro concrete jacketing to walls/ columns or beams of thickness upto 75 mm using polymer modified cement premixed quartz sand aggregate packed in bags of standard manufacture, for high early strength of 40 N/mm sq.cm of approved brand. The dry product is to be mixed with 12.5% water by weight, along with washed and poured into rigid form work moulds & tamped properly, & cured for 3 days. Payment is to be made by weight premixed of micro concrete product consumed as per site register records. No extra payment shall be made for shuttering or any other material , complete all as specified and directed. . Make :- SIKA - Sika Rep microconcrete-4, FOSROCK - Rendero CRG.

Providing and applying priming cum bonding coat of polymer of approved make and quality as approved by engineer- in - charge and cement slurry in 1:1 proportionate by weight to concrete area by brush or any other established method etc. Make :- SIKA - SIKALalex or SRB, FOSROCK- Nitobond EP

Anti corrosive coating to exposed reinforcemennt providing and applying two coats of anti corrosive protective coating(CBRI/CSIR Tecnology) for reinforcement bars by brush sprinkle so as to get rough surface complete. Note:- For items 17.00 to 26.00. (i) Work shall be executed only through authorised applicators of the same Manufacturer. (ii) Under mentioned Non Destructive tests should be conducted at site. (a) Rebound hammer test. (b) Ultra Sonic Pulse Velocity test. (c) Half cell potensial test. (d) Corbonation test. (iii) Site for application is at various locations and height varies up to 15m (iv) All Scaffolding work and safety measures such as provision of props and supports shall be of steel and extent of provision shall be entire to satisfaction of GE. (v) Mode of measurement for items: For the purpose of the measurement of these items the surface area of the patch of the concrete considered for repair shall be taken. (vi) Testing of cube strength of polymer modified cementious mortar shall be independently carried out as per manufacturers instructions and record shall be maintained. (vii) After obtaining approval of the make of the products the contractor shall give a letter from the same manufacturer regarding the details of the agency and the name of person to be deployed for carrying out repair & Supervision of the work. (viii)T & P shall be strictly as per manufacturer’s instructions. (ix) Necessary Jacks shall be erected to support various floors before exposing columns/ beams for repair & it shall also be ensured that no damage is made to existing structure during the repair process & all safety norms shall be followed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area not exceeding 1.50 Square Metre each, including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts or dismantling brick work (holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt ), complete all as specified and directed.

Pressed steel frames of size 105mm x 60mm for doors with one or more rebates fabricated out of 1.25mm thick mild steel sheets including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate with and including filling of hollow portion in PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate, complete all as specified and directed.

35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood (Sal/Hollock) glazed & skeleton factory made shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass, etc, sizes of members of door shutters as specified in SSR- 2009 Part-I Section 8.24(a),complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made box type steel windows with double shutters (inside for wire mesh & out side for glass) including hinges, steel handle, tower bolt and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded including one shop coat of red oxide zinc crome primer, complete all as per specification & shown on drawing No. CEUZ/TD/1517/15 sheet 1/3 to 3/3 complete all as specified and diredcted.

Factory made box type steel ventilators top hug with double shutters (inside for wire mesh & out side for glass) including hinges, steel handle, tower bolt and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded including one shop coat of red oxide zinc crome primer, complete all as per specification & shown on drawing No. CEUZ/TD/1517/15 sheet 1/3 to 3/3 complete all as specified and diredcted.

Priming the roof surface with bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 ltrs/Sqm and applying a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and thereafter provide polymeric water proofing membrane (five layered) 3mm thick and weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven spun bonded polyester reinforcement < -2 C cold flexibility. The layer of the membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints properly. The minimum side lap and end lap shall be kept at 150mm lap joint respectively with center layer core of 90 micron high molecular density polyethylene film followed by another coat of semi hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.50 Kg/ Sqm including cutting grooves (50mm x 50mm) in parapet and inserting edges of membrane and mending grooves damage by cement mortar (1:4) and including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer on top surface finished in all respect as per directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Laying of the membrane shall be got done by authorized applicator of the membrane manufacturer.
