Wall painting with plastic/acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade having voc content less than 50grams/litre of approved brand and manufacture (Asian,nerolac,berger) etc two or more coats including applying additional coats,wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats on new work incld priming coat.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of Providing Random rubble masonary with quarry stones laid dry including all carriage of materials involved

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5coarse sand: 3 graded Stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) (crushed) in suspended floors, beams, columns, roofs, lintels balconies, landings and staircase excluding cost of centering and shuttering all work up to floor V level including all carriages and cost of materials involved up to site of work complete.

Reinforcement for RCC works including straightening, cutting, bending placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo Mechanically Treated bars. including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Electrification Works

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.
