Dismantling of old mini dumping bins meant for storing & transportation of garbage through Piaggo dumper ,by cutting & removing of old damaged portion using skilled labour. The job includes cleaning and grinding of the edges and surfaces of the bin and removing scrap and duping same at municipality dumping yard or the dumping yard inside the Premises of the Institute. The job includes providing all tools/tackles/safety items for executing the Job.
Providing, fabrication & fitting of M.S angle iron frame for 16 no Mini dumping bins ,fabricated out of ISA 40x40 x5 mm angle iron to act as base frame for 5mm thick ms plate . The job includes applying of two coats of red oxide primer and Two coats of enamel paint as per colour coding or as directed by site Engineer.
Providing, fabrication & fitting of MS plate 5mm thick for 16 no mini dumping bins dully cut and welded along with hinges as per site requirements. The job includes applying of two coats of red oxide primer and two coasts of enamel paint as per requirement.
Providing/fitting of CGI sheets of 0.5 thick 26 gauge to act as top cover for mini dumping bins .The job includes painting of the CGI Sheet along with locking arrangement.
