Dismantling old plastering or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with in 50 mtrs

Providing 15 mm thick plaster on the dismantling old plaster side in 1:4 cm

Finishing wall with two or more coats of acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on new surfaces incl priming coat after preparation. (Make: Asian Paint/ Nerolac/ Dulux/ Berger Paint or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge). (Make: Asian Paint/ Nerolac/ Dulux/ Berger Paint or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Applying one or more coats of acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade of approved manufacturer on existing walls after preparation of surface by removing the old deteriorated one by scrapping, sand papering & preparing the surface smooth incl necy repairs to scratches etc complete. (Make: Asian Paint/ Nerolac/ Dulux/ Berger Paint or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to old work give an even shade. (one or more coats) (Make: Asian Paint/ Nerolac/ Dulux/ Berger Paint or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Providing and painting with synthetic enamel paint one or more coats on old work of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give on even shade. (Make: Asian Paint/ Nerolac/ Dulux/ Berger Paint or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Hacking of cement concrete flooring including cleaning for surface etc complete as per direction of the engineer in charge.

Cement concrete flooring/plinth protection 1:2:4 finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. with 1:4 cm

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty float glass panes of thickness 4 mm.

Dismantling tile work in floor laid in cement mortar including stacking material with in 50 mtr lead for thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Providing and fixing white vitreous china water closet squatting pan (Indian type) long pattern W.C pan of size 580mm. (Make: Cera/ jaguar/ Prayag/ Hindware/ Parryware or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Providing and laying rectified glazed floor tiles of 300x 300mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacture) of approved brand and colour, laid on cement mortar 20mm thick in 1:4 mix including grouting the joint with white cement and matching. (Make: Kajaria/ Somany/ Orient Bell /Cera/ Johnson/ Vermora or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Providing and fixing PVC low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device (hand lever) conforming to isi 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete 10 ltrs capacity . white colour (Make: Cera/ jaguar/ Prayag/ Hindware/ Parryware or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised PVC moulded fitting /accessories for unplasticised rigid PVC pipes conforming to IS:13592 type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. Size 110x110x110mm PVC Tee

Providing and fixing PTMT swiveling shower, 15 mm nominal bore, weighing not less than 40 gms. (Make: Cera/ jaguar/ Prayag/ Hindware/ Parryware or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Providing and fixing white vitreous china Angle back wash basin size 450x300 mm with a single 15 mm CP barss piller tap. (Make: Cera/ jaguar/ Prayag/ Hindware/ Parryware or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Providing and fixing 100 mm sand cast iron/ PVC grating for gully trap/ floor trap

Taking out doors, windows and clerestory window shutters (steel, wood and PVC) including stacking within 50 mtr lead. Of area 3 Sqm and below.

24 mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 59x24 mm and wall thickness 2 mm with nbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanized/plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanized M.S tube of size 20x20 mm and 1 mm wall thickness. The lock rail made up of 'H' section, a uPVC hollow section of sige 100x24mm and 2 mm wall thickness, fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/galvanizzed M.S.'U' cleats. The shutter frame filled with a uPVC multi-chambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm , having over all thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm wall thickness. The panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6 mm galvanized M.S rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacture's specification and direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators, side /top /centre hung, with beading and all members such as F7D,F4B, K11 B and K12 B etc. all necessary fitting complete as standard design , including applying a premiering coat of approved steel primer.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidized M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete size 300x16mm

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidized M.S. tower bolt black finish,(barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete.Size 200x10 mm

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fiber matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40.Litre/Sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25 degree C, 0.87-0.89 kg/Ltr and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete.The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree C as 350/300 N/5 CM. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree C. Cold flexibility shall be up to-2 degree C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D-5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorized applicator of the manufacturer of membrane 3 mm thick. and i/c the cost of cleaning of surface for the preparation of roof treatment by plastering with cement mortar 1:4 mix to maintain the required slope and make smooth surface etc (Make: Pidilite/ Asian or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Rewiring for light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/call bell point with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and 1.5 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cabal as earth wire in existing surface/recessed steel/PVC conduit including dismantling as required. (Make: Anchor/ Havells/ Legrand/ L&T/ Polycab or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Supplying and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amp piano type socket on the existing switch box/cover including connections etc as reqd. (Make: Anchor/ Havells/ Legrand/ L&T/ Polycab or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Supplying and fixing 6 pin 15/16 amp piano type socket on the existing switch box/cover including connections etc as reqd. (Make: Anchor/ Havells/ Legrand/ L&T/ Polycab or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Supplying and fixing 5/6 amp piano type switch on the existing switch box/cover including connections etc as reqd. (Make: Anchor/ Havells/ Legrand/ L&T/ Polycab or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Supply and drawing 2x4 Sqmm sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/recessed steel/PV conduit as required. (Make: Anchor/ Havells/ Legrand/ L&T/ Polycab or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, fluorescent fitting/ compact fluorescent fitting of all types, complete with all accessories and tube/lamp etc. directly on ceiling /wall, including connection with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor , single core cable and earthling etc as required. (Compact fittings/ LED shall be supply by Dept free of Cost)

Supplying and fixing 40 Amp four pole 415 V Isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections , testing and commissioning etc as required.. (Make: Anchor/ Havells/ Legrand/ L&T/ Polycab or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Supplying and fixing 4 way double door TPN MCB Distribution boards 240v on surface/recess complete with tinned copper busbar neutral busbar, earth bar,din bar, hinged front acrylic cover for the MCB Knobs detachable gland plate, interconnections, phosphatized and powder painted incl earthing but without MCB/RCCB/Isolator.. (Make: Anchor/ Havells/ Legrand/ L&T/ Polycab or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Earthing with copper earth plate 600x600x3 MM thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.70 Mtr long etc. With charcoal/coke and salt as required.
