Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders :-Construction of subgrade and earthen s houlders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to ite,spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1

Dismantling of cement concrete pavements by mechanical means using pneumatic tools breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 m, stacking serviceable and unser viceable materials separately

Cutting of trees, including of trunks,branches and removal of stumps & roots, refilling compaction of backfilling and stacking of servicable materials by manual means with all lifts as per Technical Specification Clause 201. Lead upto 1000m. Girth above 300mm to 600 mm.

Construction of granular s ub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 . (ii) Fo Grading II material

Providing,laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreadin in uniform thickness ,hand packing,rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100kN in stages to prepare gradeand camber,applying and broomin,stone screening to fill up the intersticesof coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Prime Coat, Low porosity :-Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Tack Coat :- Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion (CRS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg/sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bitmineous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam (Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 507.complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Semi - Dense Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.508. complete in all respect. including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant ) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) With hydrated lime/cement as filler (refer table 500-9 of MoSRT &H specification ) & anti striping agent as per IS : 14982 (Refer Appendix - 5 of MoSRT & H specification) With 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen for grading II (10 mm nominal size)

Bituminous Concrete: Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paverfinisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the Deptt.)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications

Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT&H’s fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures recommended by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance.

Providing and fixing of retro-reflectori sed cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 801 (i) 900 mmequilateral triangle

Painting Two Coats on New Concrete Surfaces :-Painting two coats including primer coat after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new, plastered / concrete surfaces as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701

Tree reflector made of high intensity grade retro-reflectorised sheeting fixed over aluminium sheeting of 2mm/0.28mm thick firmly fixed withnecessary galvanized nail. 150 mm dia / 150 mm X 150 mm size

RCC Guard Post:Supplying, fitting and fixing RCC guard post 150cm long erected 75cm above the ground and 75cm below the ground with M-15 grade (nominal mix 1:2:4 with broken stone aggregate up to 20mm size) of cement concrete and required reinforcement tied in position with annealed black wire including centering, moulding the top,curing including painting concrete surfaces in 23cm strips upto 0.75m from the top alternately in black and white and having 2 nos. reflective band of desired shade etc. complete as per design and as directed

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-\reflectorised sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens ty pe reflective sheeting vide Clause 1701.2.3, fixed over aluminium sheeti ng, 2 mm thick with area exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on mild steel angle iron posts 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm, 2 Nos.firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701

White washing of parapet walls of CD work and tree truncks :-White washing two coats on parapet walls and tree trunks including preparation of surface by cleaning scraping etc. as per technical specifications Clause 1915

Providing Sparkle Solar Road studs, manufactured by TATA B.P. Solar India Ltd. Of size ( 125 mm X 125 mm), 90 mm height (from bottom of shank to the top of stud ) with detachable battery, m 6 LED in amber and red colour, weight per stud 700 + 25 gms ,flash rate of 50-65 times per minute completely water resistant and weather proof with replacement warranty and free maintenance from one year from the date of installation of stud on road (installation should be made using adhesives and procedures recomended by manufacturer under the suparvision of their competent technician )

Dismantling of Flexible Pavements :-Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 100 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per Technical Specification Clause 202

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundationscomplete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803,1202 & 1203 PCC grade M20 .Nominal Mix ( 1:2:4 )

Providing metal tubular delineator ( 50 mm dia and 1.25 mm thick) with 15 cm reflector made of height intensity grade retro reflectorised sheeting around the pipe at top covered with wire mesh of 20 cm length with two nos similar reflective bands and bottom fastener MS angle including firmly fixing the delineator to the ground by means of CC (M-15) foundation of size (25 cm X 25 cm X25 cm),25 cm below ground to the true line and level as directed by the Deptt. With six months replacement. (a) 1000 mm height.

Planting of Trees and their Maintenance for three Year (Planting of trees by the road side (Avenue trees) in 0.60 m dia holes, 1 m deepdug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge mannure, planting the saplings, backfilling the trenches, watering ,fixing the tree guatrd and maintaining the plants for three year.
