SPL REPAIR TO INTERNAL ROAD IN THE AOR OF AGE B/R-II AND SPL REPAIR TO ROAD AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN THE AOR OF AGE B/R-I UNDER GE 969 EWS

Repairs to pot holes any depth not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path, etc cutting around edges at least 25mm in depth making good by applying tack coat with bitumen of grade VG 10 @5 kgs/ 10 Sqm putting in premix as specified for the bituminuous in premix carpet (2cm thick) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (6.8 Kg of binder with 0.06 cum of sand) again well rammed (including supply of premixed binder and sand) depth of potholes nexc 30 mm rolled with power road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity complete all as as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Preparing black top surface by brushing with wire brush to remove caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc on black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen of grade VG10 @ 5 Kg/ 10 Sqm on existing black top for below bituminous macadam surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam consolidated thickness, 75mm or less using 4% binder ie paving bitumen grade VG 30 by weight of total mix and aggregate mixed in computerized hot mix plant laid rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with the help of mechanical paver and power rolled 8 to 10 tonne capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminious premix semi dense alphaltic concrete 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) using paving bitumen of grade VG-30 with 5,5% binder content by weight of total mix, mixed in computerised Hot Mix Plant and spread by means of Self Propelled Mechanical Paver, rolled and compacted to required cabmer and gradient by using mechanical power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity including applying evenly tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen of grade VG10 @ 5 Kg/ 10 Sqm on existing black top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm and 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 Watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairs to surfaces of macadam roads by scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm and exc 50 mm and n.exc 100 mm deep, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM in two layers (each layer 75 mm thick), with coarse aggregates of grading 2 Granite, trap or Basalt(63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required.complete as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No 9 here-in-before but except material and in one layer of 7.5 cm thick (consolidated thickness), complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Old material retrieved from ser item No 08 here-in-before shall be reused.
