Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Disposal of dead logs / branches/ dried leaves from NTB buildingcompound premises by means of mechanical transport including loading and unloading and transporting to a waste dump yard in the outskirts of city as permitted by BBMP/Muncipality and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Note: 1No Extra cost/payment shall be made on any account 2.Whenever required and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge of works.) ( Void upto 20% will be deducted for measuring the quantity)

Shifting of scrap materilas/ Cable Rolls/ Wooden pacage boxes lying above the debris in the rear side of the NTB building to faclitate disposal of debris from the premises

Cleaning of Window glazing of dust, dirt stains, bird dropping by dry mopping, dusting and cleaning of laminated face with detergent diluted in water to remove water stains, grease layer, dirt marks with wet cotton mops and dry cotton mop etc. without any damage to Glass panes complete as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Removing & refixing after alteration in aluminium door shutter by dismantling from hinges dismembering frame work of shutter, cutting style/rails, particle board, glass panels to adjust size as required including assembling & refixing with SS screws, particle board, glass panel door closer and other fittings in position complete with rubber gasket wherever required replacing damaged hinges (to be paid separately) as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Door shutter up to 3.00sqm area

Removing & refixing after alteration in aluminium window shutter by dismantling from hinges dismembering frame work of shutter, cutting style/rails, particle board, glass panels to adjust size as required including assembling & refixing with SS screws, particle board, glass panel door closer and other fittings in position complete with rubber gasket wherever required replacing damaged hinges (to be paid separately) as directed.

Door shutter up to 1.50 sqm area

Removing & refixing after alteration in Rolling Shutter by dismantling to adjust size as required including assembling & refixing other fittings in position complete as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing Welded MS steel wire fabric of 50mm x 50mm x 3mm thick wire mesh to MS steel frame of size L 25mm x 4mm thick including priming coat fixed to the wall by lugs to prevent entry of pigeons through window. All complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08%and conforming to IS : 15622 , of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Deduct for not using 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4coarse sand) bedding in laying of floor tiles and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm

Fixing glazed/ Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness.
