GE/CHM-70/2026-2027 PERIODICAL SERVICES AND CONNECTED REPAIR WORK TO OTM ACCN IN THE AOR OF AGE B/R III AT CHANDIMANDIR MIL STN

Taking down cement plaster on brick/ stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc upto 15 mtr height incl removal of rubbish etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in Cement and Sand mortar 1:4 over fair faces of brick / concrete ,finished even and smooth without using extra cement and with mixing of WPC as per manufacturer's instructions incl necessary scaffolding & safety arrangement for plaster upto & including 4 storey building, complete all as specified.

Rendering 15mm thick in Cement and Sand mortar 1:6 over fair faces of brick / concrete ,finished even and smooth without using extra cement and incl necessary scaffolding & safety arrangement for plaster, complete all as specified.

Supply Only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces as in ceilings , finished fair and smooth, incl necessary scaffolding & safety arrangement required at site, complete all as specified.

Complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping of walls, chajjas, ceilings, fins, facias etc. using mechanical means like mechanical sander etc. with internal dust extraction system including expose sound substrata for further surface preparation prior to painting work, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Repair to RCC sunshades, chajjas, balconies, columns, bands, beams and similar RCC work at any position / height by dismantling loose / disintegrated portion and fixing of reinforcement (cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia. or securing with clips)/ chicken wire mesh wherever required and dubbing out with cement concrete 1:1.5:3, 15mm to 50mm thick, using 6 to 12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished to the required shape including provision of necessary scaffolding and formwork up to four storey bldg if required and finished with 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Reinforcement and GI wire netting will be measured and paid separately under respective items)

TMT bars 08mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality, complete all as specified and directed.

Applying wall care putty white cement based product in two coats of total thickness1.5 mm with dispersible polymer and functional additives for application on interior new/old plastered wall surfaces & smoothening the surfaces with sand papers etc., (preparatory to OBD/ plastic emulsion/ interior/ exterior emulsion paint as directed) complete all as specified and directed.

Applying waterproof wall care putty (cement based or polymer modified) in two or more coats over new plastered wall surfaces & smoothening the surfaces and curing as per manufacturer's instruction, complete all as specified and directed.
