M & L for preparation of surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment of painted walls and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm all as specified and as directed.

Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with 3% integral water proofing compound over roof top surface finished to even & smooth w/o using extra cement. Note :- Integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately

M&L for preparation of surface with wire brush and remove loose particle & laitance, wash with clean water, damaged or hollow portion, sharp edges etc. must be cut and removed till the morther slab. Fillig the cracks and damaged portion with polymer mortar and allow it to cure for 24 hrs. Brush apply the 1st Priming coat (Dr. Fixit primeseal or equivalant) on prepared concrete/plastered surface by diluting 2 parts of Primeseal with 1 (one) part of water and allow to dry for 04 (four) hours. Apply the first coat of waterproofing coating (Dr. Fixint Newcoat/ Waterseal Concentrate of M/s Krishna Conchem Products) withort any dilution at the rate of 2 Sqm per liter over the primed surface. On the wet surface of 1st coat overlay a open-woven fibre glass mesh, min 40 GSM of size 2mm x 2mm and allow it to soak completly. Immediately apply the second coat with a roller, to ensure complete coverage of the fibre mesh. Apply the third coat after 6 to 8 hrs once the second coat is dry. Drying time between coats will be 6 to 8 hours all as directed and as per manufacturers instructions.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing/pavings/plinth protections, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over & incl 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 300 x 200 x7 mm/ 450 x 300 x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over & incl.10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Granite 20 mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in horizontal steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

S&F powder coated aluminium door and window shutter and frame any type (sliding or openable) and other similar work etc 60 micron section, fabricated by using the (approved make) sections including all necessary roller wheels for window, cleats , handle, door stoper, handle, locking arrangement, Mortice lock and arrangements to received glass/ prelaminated particle board with aluminium beading and stainless steel screw incl cost of rubber gasket beadings etc complete sealing between frame & wall with epoxy sealing compound.
