Fire Suppression

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of CCOE, Nagpur approved, UL listed seamless storage cylinder assembly 120/140Ltr (designed as per IS 7285 part 2, Origin - India) with PESO approved valve meant for use in FK 5-1-12 gas suppression system (Filled at PESO approved & UL Listed OEM Filling Station) Based Fire Suppression System (UL/FM Approved) pressurized to 25/42/70 bar complete all as specified and directed. Note: Gas will be measured & paid seperately.

Supply & filling of FK 5-1-12 gas in the existing seamless storage cylinder complete as required as per technical specifications. OEM Factory Filled per Kgs. (UL & FM) all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, Testing & commissioning of FK5112 MASTER ACCESSORY KIT_IN comprising of electrical Actuator with placement indicator switch suitable for operating electrically from fire detection and control panel with other master adapter kit accessories complete as required as per technical specifications. (UL & FM) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, Testing & commissioning of FK5113 SLAVE ACCESSORY KIT_IN comprising of electrical Actuator with placement indicator switch suitable for operating electrically from fire detection and control panel with other master adapter kit accessories complete as required as per technical specifications. Supply, installation, Testing & commissioning of Warning Sign Board with Marking "GAS DISCHARGE. DO NOT ENTER" with inbuilt hooter. Shall Operate on 24 V DC, Driven Through Gas Release Panel. (for use outside room) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation Testing & commissioning of Tank Bracket Assembly complete with C- Channel Stand and Supports for above Cylinder. The Price Shall include MS Fabricated Floor Supported Cylinder Support Stand, wherever Required. Complete with 1 coat of Primer and 2 coat of Black Enamel Paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, Testing & commissioning of MS seamless pipe, 25mm dia ASTM A-106(Sch 40), Grade B complete with all fittings and painting with one coat of redoxide and 2 coats of red enamel paint; fixing on ceiling with suspended supports, clamps anchor fastners, cutting chases / holes in valve ceiling and making good the same etc complete as required as as per flow calculations for the specific hazard volume. All nut-bolts and fittings to be used shall be heavy duty GI only complete all as specified and directed.

Fire Detection

Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of VESDA VLF-250 Very Early Warning Aspirating Smoke Detector (ASD) system, complete with all required accessories, as per manufacturer specifications and approved standards complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix Power Supply Unit (PSU) with reliable 24V DC power supply unit compliant with relevant fire safety standards (e.g., EN 54-4 where applicable, or equivalent UL/local codes), designed to provide continuous operating power and supervised battery backup for the detector system complete all as specified and directed

Supply and Fix Capilary Tubes, Nozzles, accessories, etc complete all as directed. Note : (i) Capillary tubing shall be of flexible black polyethylene flame-retardant type for concealed/ point sampling (above ceilings/ in cabinets/ or drop points from main pipe network etc) complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The capillary tubes in the system shall be of uniform size and length for balanced airflow. (ii) Air sampling points (nozzles) for drawing air into the capillary tubes or main pipe network shall be flush-mount, surface-mount, or concealed types with sampling holes for optimal smoke detection. (iii) The accessories includes connectors, tees, elbows, adapters etc for capillary tube installation and integration with main sampling pipe network.

Supply and fix PVC pipe 25mm dia for air sampling pipe network complete as per manufacturer's design guidelines, including all necessary fittings, supports, jointing etc. Pipe shall be of smooth internal bore to minimize flow resistance and ensure optimal aspirated air flow complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix addressable Hooter cum Strobe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation of ISI Marked 2 core x 1.5 mm2, Multistrand Copper, FRLS Armoured cable, RED in Colour, laid on surface with GI saddle-spacers every 0.3 meters with GI Junction Box, lugs, cable compression glands, cable tags and Ferruling complete all as specified and directed

Testing and commissioning of complete VESDA system for integration need to be verifed by appointed TAC firm complete all asspecified and directed .

Air Conditioning

Design, Supply and install, test and commissioning of Air Cooled Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) modular type Outdoor units (working and stand by) 12 HP capacity with all Inverter Scroll Compressor in each individual unit, preferably all compressors of suitable capacity, air cooled copper condenser coils must have Anticorrosive coatings, condenser fan motor shall be weather proof, brushless DC drive, fan shall have lower vibration, motor shall have minimum 10 steps and air flow resistance with protective grill, suitable for 380-420 Volts, 3 Phase + N, 50Hz, AC supply and shall deliver 100% capacity at 35 Degree Centigrade temperature and shall be suitable for operation in upto 55°C ambient without tripping or failure, Minimum Full load coefficient of performance (COP) must be 4.15 DC Inverter compressor, including Refrigerant R-410A with first charge of refrigerant gas, outdoor to have IP55 sealed box for electrical components with micro channel refrigerant cooling and built in air circulation fan , Enhanced vapour injection technology for increased capacity during very long piping suitable PCC foundations and connecting earthing for ODU from the panel including M &L for required communication cable between ODU and IDU of required size, BMS Compaitable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install, test and commissioning of VRV / VRF based 4-Way Cassette type Ceiling mounted indoor machine complete with Fan & Cooling Coil suitable for R-410A, return air filter, insulated drain tray, drain pump complete with all necessary controls including air and refrigerant temperature sensors and electronic expansion valves providing individual, variable refrigerant flow, the electronic expansion valve of indoor unit shall be controlled by the microprocessor control system via a control board within the indoor unit that includes a unit auto address recognition system including cordless remote of each unit of the 1.5 TR capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Y/T Joints suitable for refrigerant pipe of any size as per manufacture's recommendation complete all as specifed for (Indoor units + Outdoor) units complete all as specified.

Supply of Cordless Remote Controller for all IDUs including adaptors, power/ control cabling, accesssories etc complete all as specified and as directed

Supply of Central Remote controller for all IDUs including adaptors, power/control cabling, accessories etc complete all as specified and as directed

Design, Supply, Install, test and commissioning of hard drawn copper refrigerant pipes of any size (from 9.5 mm to 34.90 mm dia) suitable for refrigerant system for VRF Indoor and Outdoor units with necessary copper fittings, laid neatly, secured with GI clamps and wall brackets with pipe supports as per technical specifications, at every 1.5 meter interval and at bends including insulation with 19 mm thick class "O" nitrile rubber, UV treatment (coating) for exposed refrigerant piping insulation complete all as required at site as per specifications complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fill and Charge Refrigerant Gas R410a during commissioning in addition to default gas in the compressor including vacuum complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of CPVC drain pipe of 25mm dia connecting the drain lines from the indoor units connected to nearest drain at ground level through 9mm thick round nitrile rubber insulation supported on suitable clamps/supports etc including chasing, drilling, concealing and making good the same on walls etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Carrying out core cutting of size 3'' to 5'' dia x 15'' length in the c.c./rock/stone wall with help of specialized core cutting machine in proper manner and finishing the site as original complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of factory made, any CPRI Approved manfacturer, CPRI type tested, outdoor, cubical compartmental type "AC Power Panel" of suitable size, conforming to IEC 61439-1 &2, IEC 61641, having both sides openable with hinged double doors & locking arrangement and IP 55 protection made out of 3.15mm thick mild steel CRCA sheet, supported and fixed on structural frame of angle iron of suitable size, including earthing stud, labeling, painting to all internal & external exposed steel surfaces with powder coating paint (7 tank process), duly fixed in ground with PCC foundation (1:2:4) type B1, with danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled (white) with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour, suitable for 3- Phase 4 Wire system, 500 V grade with necessary wiring, PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor of appropriate length & size, including fixing lugs, bolts, screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installing of size 100 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness of (Hot dip) GI Perforated type cable trays with cover (Galvanisation thickness not less than 50 micron) with perforation not more than 17.5% in convenient sections, joined with connectors including horizontal and vertical bends, reducers, tees, cross members, clamps, connection pieces and other accessories as required, duly suspended from the ceiling GI suspenders including GI bolts & GI nuts including fabrication, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

"Supply of JEF ECO SAFE Maintenance Free Grounding Solution set comprising of High tensile low carbon steel rod of 3 Mts length & 32 mm dia with 250 micron ( average ) molecularly bonded copper on the outer surface to confirm with requirements of UL467 along with Back-fill compound strictly be a Carbon based conductive concrete type which has a resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm Mtr as per Clause 14.5D of IEEE : 80 standard.
