SCH 'A' PART-I

Excavating in trenches, nexc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc and n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m & depositing at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending etc complete & binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia in reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in floor subbase complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Pavement quality concrete (PQC) of minimum 28 days field Flexural strength of 45Kg/Sqcm or 4.5 Mpa, aggregate gradation as per Table 3 of IRC 15 2017, coarse aggregate of clean, hard strong, dense non-porous and durable pieces of crushed stone of gravel, fine aggregates of clean natural sand of crushed stone sand or combination of both using minimum 400 kg/cum of cement with non-circular virgin synthetic fibre of 12-18 mm length, specific gravity 1.34 to 1.39, UV stable, alkali resistant, with equivalent dia 15-40 micron, minimum melting temperature as 240°C and minimum tensile strength of 300 Mpa and at the rate as specified by the manufacturer. PQC laid, spread and compacted including curing and tining complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with bituminous sealing compound grade A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation newly plastered surfaces of walls etc and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation newly plastered surfaces of ceiling including chajjas etc and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, shall be carried out as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- (a) Applying 10mm hick plaster screed bed layer in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces after preparation of surfaces. (b) Preparing plastered surfaces by brooming with broom sweeping free from dirt dust etc & evenly applying a coat of approved bituminous primer @ 0.20kg/Sqm of area. (c) Laying App polymer modified approved membrane, non woven, polyester, weighing not less than 3.5 kg/Sqm and 3mm thick with laps & overlaps as specified & joints sealed and applied complete by torch application method. Carrying out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leakage & seepages and rectifying the same to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge. (d) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 ltr/Sqm on the top of membrane surfaces complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection and PCC paved area, finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each nexc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm stone aggregate ) as in Pavings, Floors etc laid in alternate bays inclusive of use and waste of formwork and filling joints with mastic bituminous filler, surface finished with brooming / broom finish complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel work in tubular trusses, rafters, purlins, posts, Railing, flat sections etc including necessary welding/fabrications using Fe 410-W(Gde E-250 Quality- A) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F gusset plates, cleats etc including necessary welding drilling for fixing using Fe 410-W (Gde E-250 Quality- A) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or 'J'/'L' hooks complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, kerbs etc including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings exc 15cm thickness above Ground Floors and removal of debris out side defence land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming 12mm thick expansion joints in 150mm thick pavement filled with pre-formed filler board and top 30mm primed and sealed with bituminous sealing compound Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with bituminous sealing compound grade 'A' complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick rubber moulded coloured glossy finish precast cement concrete interlocking pavers blocks/tiles Grade M-35 made with grey cement and pigment manufactured by automatic hydraulic compression with high compressive strength, any size, pattern and shape, laid dry over and including 30 mm thick sand cushion in patterns with different colour paver block/tiles as in path, as directed by engineer-in-charge complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing ceiling fan with blades, anti suicide down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete all as specified and directed .

SCH 'A' PART-II

Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep and averaging getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm stone aggregate) as in Pavings, Floors etc, surface finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast 1:2:4 type B-1 solid curb stone of size 300x300x150mm, and crushing strength of block not less than 2KN/Sqmm, size and shape of block as approved by the GE laid over PCC, jointed and pointed in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of cement kerbs and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over kerb stone surfaces over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured matt/antiskid finish industrial heavy duty tiles 10 mm thick of size 400x400 mm size set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glossy finished coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping and kerbs etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

SCH 'A' PART-III

Supply and install split type air conditioner unit with 5 star rating of capacity 1.5 TR, indoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with inbuilt air ioniser and plasma filter for better indoor air quality complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and draw sub main wiring with two single core 6 Sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper cable 1100 volts grade multistrand, unsheathed conductor drawn into PVC cassing capping including all necessary fittings including one run of 6 Sqmm multi strand FRLS PVC insulated copper wire for earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix double pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one double pole MCB of 32 Ams, 240 volts complete all as specified and directed.
