Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. Layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick with cement conc .(1:3:6) ,20 mm nominal size of stone aggregates over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast,40mm nominal size of well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade New steel work (two or more coats)

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (one or more coats) and of required shade on old work to give an even shade

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (two or more coats) applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm

Providing and laying ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of Ist quality confirming to IS15622 of approoved make, laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4(1 cement:4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete in all colours, shades, except white, ivory, fume red brown

Provide and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering & shuttering.All works upto plinth level (1:2:4) grade with 20mm nominal size crushed aggregate.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles confirming to IS:15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approoved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approoved by Enginne in charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar1:3(1 cement: 3 sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry@ 3.3 kg/sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.
