Scope of Work: 1) Removal of buekdt and its door. (2) Removal both bucket cylinders. (3) Removal of both arm cylinders. (4) Removal of both boom cylinders. (5) Removal of all the hydraulic tubes mounted on arm assembly. (6) Fitment of all the removed assemblies after being repaired.

(3) Co-axial line boring of both arm housing ( arm-boom joint end). (4) Re-building of both side housings of boom ( boom - arm joint end) by welding. (5) Co-axial line boring both side housings of boom ( boom - arm joints end). (6) rebuilding of both side housing of the ARM (Arm - arm cylinder joint). Scope of Work: (1) Complete cleaning of bucket and door. (2) Removal of fatugue material by gouging / cutting (3) Shaping of padding material as per need by gas cutting (4) Re-enforcement of padding materials / wear plates as per need. (5) Hard facing in bucket and door. ( 6) Rebuilding of both hinge pin housings and its co-axial line boring. (7) Re-building and co-axial line boring of bucket arm attachments 02 Nos. pin eye housing.

Scope of Work: (1) Dismantling of RHS bucket cylinder. (2) Removal of eye of cylinder from barrel joint by cutting on lathe machine. (3) DPT test to determine cracks ( Total 05 Locations , 02 on barrel and 3 on eye of cylinder). (4) Undercut the crack area and grinding work to prepare V surface. ( 5) Welding of crack area. (6) Preliminary finish of inner surface of barrel on lathe machine and outer surface by grinding. (7) Polishing of barrel. (8) DPT test ( pre and post welding) -5 Locations pre and Post -10 jobs. (9) NDT Test after repair - 5 Locations. (10) Strees reliving test - 5 Locations. (11) Assembling of Bucket Cylinder.

Cost/ charges for removal of RHS bucket cylinder from machine and dismantling components of bucket cylinder for carrying out crack repair including labour charges, contractor profit etc. (labour consisting of Skilled Fitter , Skilled Welder, Semi-skilled and Un-skilled Helper manpower)

Cost/ charges for removal of eye of cylinder from barrel joint by cutting it on lathe machine and fitment of same by welding after repair incliding labour charges, contractor profit etc. (labour consisting of Highly Skilled Turner, Skilled Fitter and Skilled Welder manpower)

Charges for DP Test to determina cracks ( Total -5 Locations - 02 Nos. Barrel and 03 Nos. eye pre and post welding = 5 x 2 ( pre & post) = 10 Jobs

Cost/ charges for undercut the crack area and grinding , welding of crack area, assembling the components of repaired cylinder and fitment of repaired cyliner on machine including labour charges, contractor profit etc. (labour consisting of Skilled Fitter , Skilled Welder and Un-skilled Helper manpower)

Hire charges of tools and tackels, jigs and fixtures, grinding , cutting and welding for all the above mentioned job.

Scope of Work: (1) Removal of both track chains. (2) Removal of both sprockets and idlers. (3) Removal of all 06 Nos. track guards. (4) Repair of all 06 track guards by welding and strengthening by MS Plate welding. (5) Removal of 16 Nos. broken mounting bolts of track guards. (6) Repair of internal threads of track guards mounting holes. ( 7) Assembly of all the dismantled parts.

Cost/ charges for Removal of both track chains, removal of both sprockets and idlers, removal all 6 track guards, repairing of track guards , repairing of mounting holes of track guares and assembly of all the removed items including labour charges, contractor profit etc. (labour consisting of Highly Skilled , Skilled Fitter , Skilled Welder and Semi-skilled Helper manpower)
