Repair and Renovation of BBR and BM Farm Remuna at District of Balasore for the year 2026-27

Removing Old lime or cement plaster from walls including raking out joints 12 mm deep and removing the debris within 50 mtr. lead. as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

12mm(1/2'') thick cement Plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to outside surface of brick walls after racking out the joints scapping and cleaning the surface including watering & curing for specified period etc. complete with cost, conveyance,royality and taxes of all materials & cost of all labour, T&P scaffolding required for the work complete in all respect. The materials used for the work and items of work shall confirm to relevant I.S specification and test as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

6mm thick cement Plaster (1:4) to RCC surface after chipping the RCC surface and slurry trement including watering & curing etc. complete with cost, conveyance,royality of all materials & all labour royalty T&P directed for the work etc. complete as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

2.5 cm(1") thick grading concrete with cement concrete (1:2:2) using 6mm size hard broken granite chips on new work including watering and curring cost, conveyance, royalties of all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling & removing 2.5cm (1'') thick A.S flooring including stacking the useful materials for re-use & removing the depries within 50m. Lead as per direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Supplying ,Fitting and fixing vetrifed coloured and printed tile in floors of Size 600x600mm of approved make coformaing to I.S:13755 laid on on 25mm thick bed of Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 Cement : 4 sand ) and filling joint with white Cement of approved quality in slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of tiles or stones. ( For new work)

Fixing of vetrifed wall tiles in dados, skirting riser of stepps 20cmx30cm / 20cmx20cm special plane / printed series of premium grade having thickness 6.5mm to 6.7mm confirming to IS 13753 on12 mm thick bed of Cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 Cement :3 sand ) jointed with neat Cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete excluding cost of tiles or stones.

Dismantling and removing doors, windows including refixing after carefully removing the bolts and nuts including stacking of the materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50 meter lead including cost of all labour, T&P etc. required complete as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Supplying,fitting and fixing in position well seasoned Non-Sal-Wood squared & rough dressed in roof,trusses, purlines ,beams, burghas of roof including cost, conveyance, royalities & taxes of all materials and cost of all labour T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

2.5cm thick non- sal wood frame and 19mm thick planked door shutters complete with iron fittings and wooden hinged cleats, etc. including all labour charges, but excluding the cost of iron fittings etc. complete.as per the direction of the Engineer-in charge .
