Demolition of (Unreinforcement) Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specfified and directed.

M & L for M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

S&F for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified.

Providing, fabricating and fixing MS laser cut panel of approved design and pattern using 3 mm thick MS sheet, including supply of MS plate/sheet, CNC laser cutting as per approved drawing, edge finishing, necessary stiffeners/supports if required, and surface preparation, followed by powder coating in approved shade with minimum coating thickness of 60–80 microns, complete in all respects including all materials, labour, consumables, machinery, loading/unloading, transportation, and all incidental charges as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- MS frame shall be measured and paid separately under relevant SSR items.

Providing, fabricating and fixing double leaf gate shutters made of SS 304 grade stainless steel of approved design and size, comprising outer frame of 75×50×2 mm thick rectangular SS304 hollow section and inner supporting framework of 40×40×1.6 mm thick square SS 304 hollow section, including providing and fixing 3 mm thick MS CNC laser cut sheet in approved pattern with matte black powder coated background, and fixing of 1.5 mm thick SS 304 mirror finish CNC laser cut logo/pattern (including Air Force insignia) over the base panel, complete with necessary backing supports, stiffeners and fixing arrangements. The work includes providing and fixing heavy duty SS 304 barrel/bullet hinges of 150 mm length, 25 mm diameter, 3 mm body thickness with solid SS pin of 10–12 mm diameter, minimum 6 numbers, properly aligned and fixed to existing RCC/steel columns. The work also includes providing and fixing locking arrangement comprising SS drop bolt of 300 mm length and 16 mm diameter at bottom, complete with necessary sockets/receivers, all fittings and fixtures. All welding shall be carried out by TIG welding process with proper grinding and smooth finish. The exposed SS surfaces shall be finished in mirror polish (No.8 finish), and MS surfaces shall be properly prepared and powder coated in approved matte black shade with minimum coating thickness of 60–80 microns. The item includes all materials, labour, consumables, tools & tackles, loading/unloading, transportation, alignment, installation and all incidental charges, complete in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply, fabrication and fixing of 3 mm thick Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) of approved make conforming to relevant IS specifications, having uniform colour and shade, UV resistant, weather resistant, fire retardant and with adequate thermal and acoustic insulation properties, fixed over aluminium framework on curved/weather shelter surface complete, including providing and fixing aluminium framework made out of suitable aluminium sections (minimum 25×25 mm or as approved) with cleats, brackets and holdfasts, properly fixed to the existing steel structure with suitable fasteners, cutting, routing, grooving, bending and forming of ACP sheets to required curved profile as per site conditions, fixing of ACP sheets with stainless steel screws, aluminium rivets and approved adhesive/structural sealant including necessary drilling, welding, brazing, soldering and edge finishing, providing grooves, joints and sealing with approved weatherproof silicone sealant to ensure water tightness and proper finish, finishing the surface in approved colour and shade as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, scaffolding/staging for working at all heights (up to 15 m), all leads and lifts, wastage, cutting charges and complete installation in all respects ready for use, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of debris/building material out side the campus including loading and unloading, etc to a distance exc 5Km but n exc 10 km out side the MD land complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Location and permission of depositing the building materials/debris disposal outside the MD land shall rest with contractor at his own arrangement.
