Provision of 2x60 KVA DG sets for GES building at 19 Wing, AF under GE (AF) Borjhar.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for lying of cable etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for returning, filling in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil.

M&L for removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point.

Material and labour for sand cushioning for under ground cable with locally available sand for protection of cable including spreading and consolidations, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches dry well burnt locally available sub class “B” bricks over sand cushioning for protection of cable complete all as per specified and directed.

M&L for tubes 80 mm bore light grade galvnized with all fittings laid in trenches/wall/ pole through MS flat (25x3 mm) nut bolts & washers (where ever required) of proper sizes for protection cabls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying heavy duty armoured LT underground cable 1100 V grade XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed multi stranded aluminium cable of sizes 70 Sqmm 3.5 core in pipe/ trenches/ cable duct/ fixed on wall by proper size of shaped GI clamps with nut bolts etc and making good the disturbed surfaces by cement mortor/painting to match the existing, connecting with all accessories lugs and glands, all as specified and diected by Egr-in-charge

M & L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to GI strip 32 X6 mm as earthing lead connected to earth plate by means of nut, bolts, check nut & washer of galvanized iron or of steel, GI earth wire will be protected by 40 mm dia GI pipe 'light grade', watering pipe 20 mm dia GI 'light grade', GI wire meshed funnel, alternate layer of char coal and salt on all side to earth plate upto thickness of 150 mm, filling of black cotton soil in earth pit upto ground level, PCC chamber recessed for and including RCC cover including all necessary excavation & earth work, earth wire connected to O/H continious earth wire on pole, testing the earthing after completion all as specified and directed .

Supply, erecting, testing and commissioning complete OEM manufactured, silent type trolly mounted Diesel Engine Driven Generating Set capable of delivering 60 KVA, water cooled, 415 Volts (AC Three phase, 4 Wire system of supply) 50 HZ at power factor 0.8 . The DG Set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with engine control panel and AMF panel , fuel tank with mounting arrangements and exhaust pipe complete and for conditions prevalent at AF Station Borjhar including four wheeler with toeing arrangments recommended by the OEM, anti-vibration pads, including all features to comply with latest CPCB guidelines and Comprising of followings:-

(i) ENGINE (Prime Mover): Diesel Engine 1500 RPM, direct injection, 4 cylinders ,four stroke, confirming to ISO3046/BS 5514, water cooled, turbo charged BHP to drive Alternator capable of delivering 60 KVA at outdoor atmospheric conditions at AF station Borjhar asking all derating factor into consideration), 12/24 Volt (as per manufacturer recommendations) electric battery start including Battery as recomended by OEM complete with fly wheel all standard fittings/ fixtures as per manufacturer recommendation and including suitable panel with tachometer, lub oil temperature, pressure gauge and frequency meters and also including self starter system, dynamo, fuel electric control panel with electronic governor and Engine protection system (shut down, high water temperature, low lub oil, oil pressure, over speed etc) fuel tank and first fill of lub oil and other consumables etc. Engine should conformly latest CPCB norms IV for, emmission control ie (a) Nox+HC <04.0 b) CO< 0.2 c) PM,0.3 d) Smoke limit (light absorption co-efficient,m-1<0.7

(ii) Alternator : Brushless AC alternator, 3 Phase, 415 Volt, 4 wire, rated for output of 60 KVA, Power factor 0.8, 1500 RPM, IP 23 Protection class enclosure, insulation Class "H", salient pole, revolving field, single bearing automatic voltage regulator coupled through flexible coupling with and to match the above engine.Applicable standards IS 4722/BS 5000. (iii) BASE PLATE: made out of structural steel as per manufacturers recommended design/specifications. (iv) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE: Sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms and powder coated after seven tank process, the enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1 M at 75 % load under field condition and ox, 70DB at 3 M from Gen set when DG set is working at full load along with testing conformance, labeling certification etc as laid down in GSR No 371(E) dt 17 May 2002. (v) Diesel storage tank of capacity adequate for storage of diesel for 12 hours operation of Gen Set.

(vi) MISC: Tool kit, Operation and Maintenance catalogue, spare part list, overhauling manuals, guarantee card etc shall be provided as per manufacturer standard practices. (vii) AMF Panel- Supply, install, testing & commissioning of LT Panel for 60 KVA DG Set, IP-65 type (manufactured greaves cotton or KOEl authorised manufacturer, necessary document s must be submitted prior approval of drawing from accepting officer) out door type made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet supported and fixed on structural frame , factory made all as specified and directed . The panel box should have enamelled danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick, duly painted with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer ( internally and externally) on the surface all as specified by Engr-in -charge. The pillor box is cubicle shaped, roof canopy type ,with special type of heavy duty stainless steel door hinges and totally enclosed dust proof and vermin proof front and back opening with locking arrangemnts incl necessary control circuit connection and necessary cable connection by lugs and glands incl provision to accommodable battery separately and the following electrical items:-
