Improvement of such as widening and strengthening of Chatrapur to Bagala road from 0.0 to 17.820km in the District of Ganjam for the year 2026-27

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per Clause 201 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil for road works with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 Cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, dressing of section to correct line, level, grade & camber for road work or dressing of sides and bottom for foundation of structures and loading into tippers, transporting to embankment site within all lifts and lead upto 1000mtr. and utilising the surplus earth locally for road work wherever required, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required etc complete in all respect as per clause 301 & 304 of Specification for road & bridge work of MORT&H (5th Revision) & Direction of Engineer in charge.

Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in Table 300-2 for embankment construction as per Technical Specifications and as per Clause - 305.3.4 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Scarifying and removing existing Bituminous surface to the required depth and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and lead upto 1000metres, as per clause No. 305.4.3, 305.8, 305.9.6, 501.8.3.2, 501.8.7.2, 501.8.8.1 and Section 900 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalty etc. complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Reworking and compacting the scarified surface with Stone screened Dust passing through 2.36 mm sieve and retained on 0.075 mm sieve to line and level as per Clause 501.8.3.2 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, taxes, cess,royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road-way cutting and other structures with all lifts and leads graded and compacted to meet requirement as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 305 of MoRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Fine dressing and providing, laying turfing with live sods of perennial turf forming grass on embankment slope, verges or other locations including preparation of ground, fetching of sods with all lifts and leads upto 5 Km and watering complete in all respect as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per Section 900 and Clause 307 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Granular Sub-base with Grading-VI stone screening materials as per Table 400-1 as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 401 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, filling clean sand of approved quality in road work for construction of drainage layer and foundation trenches of structures in uniform layers, watered and rammed/ compacted as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, 2100 and Clause 401 & 304 of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing dry lean cement concrete sub-base by with coarse and fine aggregates conforming to I:S 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm , aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/Cum, mixing in concrete mixers with weigh batcher and transporting to work site, laying, spreading and compacting with PRR to the required thickness, finishing and curing as per approved drawing and specification complete in all respect as per Section 900 & Clause 601 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
