Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and dircted.

M&L 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick (10mm + 5mm) in two coats on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in CM (1:4), mixed with integral water proofing compound at top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately against respective item as supply only.)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification, complete all as directed

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) on ceiling, soffits of staircase, waste slabs etc, finished even and smooth without using cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and including a coat of 2mm thick wall care putty to prepare the surface even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying three coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic weather proof exterior emulsion paint, alkali & fungal resistance of approved coloure and shade (pattern deep green/camouflage), and including primming coat of exterior emulsion primer as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over and including a coat 2mm thick of wall care putty, to prepare the surfaces even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of 100% premium acrylic weather proof exterior emulsion paint, alkali & fungal resistance of approved coloure and shade (pattern deep green/camouflage), as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment on floor (concrete) surfaces and applying two coats of 100% acrylic weather proof exterior emulsion paint, alkali & fungal resistance of approved colour and shade (pattern deep green/camouflage) over a coat of exterior emulsion primer as per manufacturere's instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n. exc. 30cm high, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old steel or iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fabricating, installing, testing and commissioning of outdoor type LT feeder pillar box of suitable size factory fabricated, cubical panel, wall/floor mounted double door, dust and vermin proof CPRI approved made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet alongwith both side cable alley of width not less than 200mm each side for termination of cable with provision for top and bottom cable entry mounting on 50 x 50 x 5mm angle iron supports at the base duly painted with synthetic enamel paint and panel board with front and back opening and locking arrangement compete including finishing with two coats of powder coated paint of approved shade over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including all busbar of copper bus bar strip 40mm x 10mm for three phase 4 wire 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply including suitable size copper conductor control wiring, necessary cable glands, lugs etc, proper arrangement for ventilation with and including the following accessories including taking down old unserviceable LT panel/feeder pillar box of any size:- INCOMING : (i) MCCB 200 Amps, AC 4 pole 415 Volt 36 KA Breaking Capacity thermal magnetic release range 200-250A, with suitable rotary extendable handle for operation of MCCB-01 No. OUTGOING : (i) MCCB 100 Amps, AC 4 pole 415 Volt 25 KA Breaking Capacity thermal magnetic release 80-100A, with suitable rotary extendable handle for operation -03 Nos. M & L earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below the normal ground level connected with GI strip 25 x 4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of galvanished iron steel including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m, with and including PCC chamber in PCC (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mild steel angle iron frame made out of MS angle iron of size 40 x 40 x 6mm thick duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer hinged with and including 6mm thick CI cover with handle, watering arrangement with funnel internally secured with wire mesh with 20mm dia medium grade pipe for watering, 40mm dia light grade GI pipe for lead protection in & including alternate layers of char coal dust and common salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 and connected to earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion and marking of description of earthing on GI plate grouted on the earth chamber inclduing taking down old one, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Proper earthing pit should be provided with pit cover. (ii) Cost of GI strip from earthing to LT panel/bus bar shall deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

Taking down/out unserviceable UG cables and connections, of cross sectional area exc. 50 Sqmm but n. exc. 120 Sqmm, 3.5 core including Bricks, GI pipes, etc of any descriptions, laid in trenches and/or fixing with walls/poles, complete all as specefied and as directed.

Relaying of serviceable LT UG cable carefully of any cross sectional area exc. 50 Sqmm but n. exc. 120 Sqmm, 3.5 core and connections including inserting into new DWC pipe, laid in trenches and/ or fixing with walls / poles, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation earth work shall be measured and paid seperately.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m in deep for foundation etc. or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manhole, pair house etc. n. exc. 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE duct pipe of 80mm dia conforming to IS, approved colour complete with fittings for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubing 80mm bore (light grade) with all fittings for protection of cables, laid in trenches, including making good to the distrurbed surface including taking down/up old unserviceable pipe of any description, complete all as specified and directed (Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core including taking down old unserviceable UG cable of any description, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for horizontal boring under the road (with manual method) below 1mtr from the road surface and dia of hole not exc 100mm, with out damaging the existing road, getting out and disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50m from the site of work, complete all as specified and directed.

Note: An amount of Rs.29,150.00 on account of Credit Schedule for schedule 'A' part - II shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
