SPL REP TO SHALLOW WELLS AND OTHER CONNECTED WORK SERVICES AT AFS TAMBARAM

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 M width and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth and getting out hard/dense soil for laying of cables and pipe line complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in inlcuding spreading levelling watering well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick obtained from excavation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour only for filling of excavated soil upto a depth of 23 cm after riddiling the excaveted soil for cushioning of cable in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and deposited at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above from the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Laying LT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded,galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor size 35 Sqmm 3.5Core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Laying LT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded,galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor size 50 Sqmm 3.5Core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Sub main wiring complete with four runs of 4.0 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable with two run of 4 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable as earth contuinuity conductor, drawn through and including suitable size of non metallic rigid PVC conduits and conduit accessories surface for taking connection from existing panels complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. [NOTE :- 4 runs of 4.0 sqmm cable, 1run of 4 sqmm copper conductor cable and 1 run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one length/running metre.

M & L for Sub main wiring complete with four runs of 6.0 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable with one run of 6 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded copper conductor cable as earth contuinuity conductor, drawn through and including suitable size of non metallic rigid PVC conduits and conduit accessories surface for taking connection from existing panels complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. [NOTE :- 4 runs of 6.0 sqmm cable, 1run of 6 sqmm copper conductor cable and 1 run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one length/running metre.

Supply and connected flat PVC insulated, 4 core, 6 Sqmm multistrand copper cable from submersible pump set to panel testing and commissioning etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Design,Fabrication,install,commissioning and testing of LT cubical motor control panel board of suitable size as directed, three phase 4-wire systems, out door type, made out of CRCA sheet 3.0 mm thick, powder coated, with locking arrangements,mounted on 50x50x6mm angle iron frame suitable to accommodate and including the following complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- (a) Automatic water level controller with LED indication for well water pumping system with intelligence features like level indication, auto/manual mode operation with By-pass options,dry-run protection, voltage surge protection,voltage level indications and fill options, in built power ON-OFF relay with three phase,440V AC supply,30 Amps power capacity suitable for pumps used for industrial purpose complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (b) Six core multi stranded copper conductor 1.0 Sqmm from well to panel box-50mtr (Approx) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Additional Six core multi stranded copper conductor 1.0 Sqmm length required more than 50 Mtr shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
