Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debris out of MD land at the location decided by the Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling boarding,any description, fixed in any position with nails.complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick, concrete or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removal of rubbish out side MD land at the location decided by the Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in Cement Mortar (1:4) and even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound wherever required .complete all as specified and directed. Note :WPC shall be measured & paid seprately.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in Cement Mortar (1 : 6) and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only internal water proofing compound 'ISI' marked complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in sub-base to receive floor finishes. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) for laying under floor finishes,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non-skid joint free coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or coloured cement to coloured tiles complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above here-in-before but in skirting including necessary cutting of tiles.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new painted surfaces of steel and iron work of any description over 10 cmwidth or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide on new surfaces in any tint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tile 20CM x 20CM x 19 to 20 mm thick with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing coat) removing serviceable tiles to store and removal of rubbish out side MD land at the location decided by the Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal area 1100 volt grade drawn through and including PVC casing-capping/conduit of suitable size with all fittings and accessories including PVC board with cover of suitable size for housing/mounting the switches/socket etc including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core copper conductor as earth continuty wire connected to common earth dolly for one light/exhaust fan point control by one switch.one way compleate all as specified and directed.
