Air-conditioning arrangement Supply & delivery of Inverter type split Air-conditioner machine having cooling capacity not less than 5000W, ISSER 3.8 to 4.39,BEE rating not less than 3 star, Noise level not more than 50db. This Split Air Conditioning machine fitted with Rotary compressors, LCD remote & all other accessories suitable for Refrigerant- R32/R410A. (O-General /Daikin/Hitachi/Mitsubishi Electric/Mitsubishi Heavy Industries as per approved by EIC/authority).

Supply & delivery of 240V Fixed speed Cassette type Air-conditioner machine having cooling capacity not less than 6800W, EER 3.1 to 3.9, Noise level not more than 56db. This Cassette type air Conditioning machine should be fitted with Rotary/Scroll compressors, LCD remote & all other accessories suitable for Refrigerant-R32/R410A. (Make-O-General /Mitsubishi Electric/Mitshubishi Heavy Industries/Hitachi/Daikin as per approved by EIC/authority).

Supply & Installation of Extra Add-on items- HVAC grade 5/8"(for suction) & 1/4"(for discharge) copper refrigerant pipe with 9mm thick nitrile rubber insulation including shaddle,screw, insulation tape, fastner etc for above AC machine as per direction of EIC.

Installation, testing & commissioning of the above-said ACs incl. supply & fixing required Angle Iron Structure on wall for placing outdoor unit & mending good the damages as per direction of E.I.C.

Supply & Laying of 4 core 1.5sq.mm 1.1 KV insulation grade sheathed Cu cable with gas line as per direction of EIC for making interconnection/communication between Indoor to Outdoor unit of Split type AC m/c.(Make- Havells/Finolex/KEI/Polycab as approved by E.I.C)

Supply & Laying 20 mm hard PVC pipe (heavy type) for water drainage.

Electrical Installation work Distribution wiring in 2 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Polycab / Gloster /Havells/ Finolex / KEI/RR Kabel) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make), with 1x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire for ECC, to light/fan/call bell points with Modular type switch (Legrand: Myrius/Arterior/ L&T/ABB as approved by E.I.C) fixed on Modular GI switch board with top cover plate and 2 no. suitable size “Ph & N” copper bar & earthing attachment fixed on wall incl. mending good damages to original finish.[Avg Run-10 mtr.] [E-24/1]

Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Polycab / Gloster /Havells/ Finolex / KEI/RR Kabel) of the following sizes in the prelaid polythene/PVC rigid pipe and by the prelaid GI fish wire and making necy. connection as required [E-9/1]

i)3 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) [ E-9/1(b)]

ii)2 x 36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) + 1 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) ECC [ E-9/1(s)]

iii) 2x56/0.3 (4 sqmm) + 2x36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) as ECC [ E-9/1(v)]

Supplying and fixing PVC Rigid Conduit 'FR' [Precision Make] of following sizes on wall, ceiling with saddles and other accessories as required and mending good damages to building works [E-16/7]

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes. [F-9]

Supplying & Fixing GI Modular Switch Board of the following sizes complete with three no. suitable size Copper bar with holes (for Ph, N & E) fixed on bakelite/Hard Rubber insulator over the MS welded chairs incl. top cover flushed in wall for housing the board after cutting the brick wall incl. making earthing attachment, painting and mending good damages to building works. Supply & Fixing 240 V, 6A, 5 pin Modular type plug socket (Legrand: Myrius/Arterior/ L&T/ABB as approved by E.I.C), without switch & plug top, on existing GI Modular type switch board with top cover plate and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc. [E-17/4(a)]

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 6/16 A, 5 pin Modular type plug socket (Legrand: Myrius/Arterior/ L&T/ABB as approved by E.I.C), without plug top and switch, on existing GI Modular type switch board with top cover plate and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc. [E-17/4(b)]

Fixing only single/twin fluorescent light fitting suspended 25 cm bellow the ceiling with 2 No. 20 mm dia EI conduit (14 SWG) supports fixed with “L” type MS clamp whose one side fixed on ceiling with suitable size 4 nos. fastener and other side connected with the conduit with suitable size of bolts and nuts incl. S&F EI conduit, “L” type (125mmx125mm) 6mm thick and 25mm with MS clamps and connecting the length of PVC insulated wire and mending good damages to original finish and painting etc. by 2x24/0.20 mm (1.5sqmm.) flexible copper wire of 1.10 mt. length [C-2/17]

Fixing only exhaust fan after making hole in wall and making good damages and smooth cement finish etc. as practicable as possible and providing necy. length of PVC insulated wire and making connection for exhaust of following diameter:

S&F recessed mounting 2ftx2ft square 36 Watt LED luminaire of warm-white or cool day light(as per choice of the authority/E.I.C) with glare-free illumination having luminous efficacy- 100lm/W and complete with all accessories (Make : Crompton /Phillips / Wipro or manufacturers with own NABL acreedited Lab having valid Test certificate as approved by E.I.C] incl. inter connection & necy. fixing arrangement as per direction of EIC.

S&F of 32A timer controlled DB for 1 no. single phase AC in SS double door 12 way DB enclosure (Make: L&T/Legrand/ABB(E)) with IP-42/43 protection, concealed in wall after cutting the wall & mending good the damages to original finish. All connections should be made by copper wire of 4mm2 & 1.5mm2 and finishing with dowells solderless socket by crimping method incl. necy. connection & provision for earthing attachment incl. Ferruling & marking with S&F following Electrical accessories as per direction of EIC [for 2/1.5 TR AC] i) 240V, 32A DPMCB C curve breaking capacity 10kA - 1 no. ii) 240V, 22A, 2P Contactor with Auxilary Contact - 1 no. iii) 25A, 250V AC ON-OFF-ON SPDT toggle switch with marking-1no. Supply & laying 1.1 KV grade 3 core 4 sqmm flexible copper Cable with screw, saddle,drill machine nut bolt etc all necessary items needed for connection. (from starter to A.C outdoor Connection)(make: Havels/KEI/Polycab/Finolex as per approved by EIC)
