Fabrication, galvanisation and supply of standard HT towers part as per department approved drawing/design including stacking of tower parts, transporting of tower parts to site including all taxes and duties, fright charges etc, complete. The raw materials standard should be as per IS 2062 and for galvanishing as per IS 2633 and 6745 (Latest code), The governing standards for towers should be as per the specified IS codes directed by Depertmental engineer.(The contracter need to arange for inspection of towers at purachase factory at his own cost).

Supplying and fixing of Suspension Fittings for Panther as per IS standard and departmental specifications including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete materials, as directed by the engineer incharge at site.

Supplying and fixing of Vibration Damaper including as per IS standard and departmental specifications including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete materials, as directed by the engineer incharge at site.

Supplying and fixing of Mid span joint for panther as per IS standard and departmental specifications including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete materials, as directed by the engineer incharge at site.

Supplying and fixing of Repair Sleeve for panther as per IS standard and departmental specifications including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete materials, as directed by the engineer incharge at site.

Supplying and fixing of Tension fittings for Earth wire including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc complete.

Supplying and fixing of Aluminmum Earth Bond as per IS standard and departmental specifications including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete materials, as directed by the engineer incharge at site.

Supply of Number plate as per IS standard and departmental specifications including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete materials, as directed by the engineer incharge at site.

Supply of Phase plate (Set of three) as per IS standard and departmental specifications including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete materials, as directed by the engineer incharge at site. .

Supply of Circuit Plate as per IS standard and departmental specifications including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete materials, as directed by the engineer incharge at site. .

Supply of Danger Board as per IS standard and departmental specifications including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete materials, as directed by the engineer incharge at site.

Labour charges for clearing of juliflora jungle without uprooting for erection & Stringing including cost of all labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Labour Charges for check survey, clearing jungles, carrying theodolite instrument, measuring span length and pit marking including cost of all men and materials as directed by Department Engineer at site.

Designing all the components of the foundation (Special Type) based on soil investigation as per the requirment including preparation of drawings for all the components of the proposed construction and submission of drawings- 6 copies+2 soft copies, after getting approval from the competent authority, including cost of all materials, labour, leads, lifts T&P etc complete.

Earth work excavation for foundation in ordinary soil with lead of 10 to 100 m and lift of 3m in sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand, or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loom and ordinary soil including excavated earth. In Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth,, shales, murram, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS 20 B

Transport of piling and boring equipments such as boring rig, winches, motors, bentonite pump, shells, boiler casing pipe, etc., to location by pulling into river using crane including transport and hire charges etc., complete as directed.

Setting of piling and boring equipement, tripod with all accessories and tools at each tower location (per leg) based on the sequence of operations approved by the Engineer in charge at site irrespective of the location and distance of the boring rig for 500mm dia. piles including mobilisation and demobilisation after completion of piling works etc., complete.

Supplying, fabrication of 6mm M.S. sheet for making into circular casing shape to the required dia. and length as directed including welding, placing in position and driving into bore hole including cost of all materials and MS plate, all labour charges, lead, lift etc., complete.- 500mm dia.

Boring and concreting of vertical reinforced concrete pile 500mm dia. upto required depth of 20 M from bottom of pile cap in all classes of soil using pile augers for boring using Bentonite slurry and filling the bore with RCC M30 concrete using 20 mm machine crushed metal and a maximum water cement ratio not exceeding 0.50 with admixtures of CONCARE or equivalent make @1.2 lit per cum. of concrete, as per specification including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete but excluding cost of steel reinforcement.-500mm dia.(Length of Pile for payment shall be measured from bottom of pile cap)

Dewatering charges during excavation and concreting wherever required with 3/5 HP Diesel motor with Pump including hire charges, labour, fuel, oil, transport and operator charges etc., complete.

Providing sand filling in foundation, including cost of sand, filling charges, watering and consolidation etc complete.

PCC 1 : 3 : 6 Grade using 20 mm HBG metal for padding and footing concrete without form work including cost of all materials curing, labour lead and lift. etc., complete.

Labour charges for assembling of template & Stub cleat in correct position inlcuding cost of all materials, labour, lead lift etc complete in all respect. (template will be arranged prop set method by the contractor) type - NMD

RCC 1 : 1.5 : 3 Grade using 12-20 mm HBG metal concrete with form work including cost of all materials curing, labour lead and lift. etc., complete.

Chipping and dismantling of pile concrete from bed level to cutoff level of pile to meet sound concrete and clearing the dismantled concrete from pile location including cost of all labour charges etc., complete.

Supplying and fabricating and placing in position of MS/RTS steel reinforcement for RCC works including labour for cutting, bending, tying and fixing in position as per specification including cost of all materials, lead, lift, labour, cost of binding wire etc., complete as directed.

Re filling in foundation with excavated earth in layers not more than 15 cm thick well rammed and watered consolidated etc complete as per standard specification

Providing Pipe type earthing to towers including all materials G.I pipe 3 m length required length of Earth wire and welded with washer at end connecting with Tower leg and all lead, lift etc., complete.As directed by the Engineer at site.

Plastering in CM 1:5 12 mm thick including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc. complete.as per standard specification and as directed by the dept. Engineer at site.

Painting two coats by using emulsion paint over primer coat of approved colour and quality including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete, and as directed by the Engineer at site.

Labour charges for transporting and erection of towers with bolt nut including sorting out of tower parts tightening, punching of bolts and nuts and rectification of defects if any during erection.

Labour charges for Transporting and paying out of 3 Nos. Panther conductor, including sorting out of conducytor, provoding trussels of 30.0m intervals for paying out of conductors, providing rollers, jointing wherever necessary, cost of labour lead and lifts etc. complete as per the instruction of departmental engineer at site.

Labour Charges for Transporting and paying out of 1 no GI earth wire with fittings including cost of loading and unloading, transporting, sorting out of drums at store and at site according to drum schedule, providing trestles, paying out, etc complete

Labour charges for stringing of 6 Nos. Panther conductor sagging tensioning to correct sag and fixing to towers as per specification and as directed by the Board Engineer at site clipping, jumpering, labour charges for fixing midspan compression joints repair sleeves wherever required and vlibrated dampers as directed by the Engineer -(Under Normal condition). For Continous Span.

Labour charges for stringing of 3 Nos. Panther conductor Under Normal condition including fixing dampers and jumpers etc complete. For Continous Span.

Labour charges for Stringing tensioning of 1 No. Earth wire of single span under Normal condition including cost of loading and unloading, transporting, sorting out of drums at store and at site according to drum schedule, providing trestles, paying out, etc complete

Welding of exposed faces of bolts and nuts 1cm each at two places opposite to each other after tightening, punching to avoid theft of tower parts including cost of welding rods, hire charges for generator including welding rods and painting, with good quality of zinc paint on the welded portion etc., complete.

Painting with two coats of anti corrosive black paint over stub and leg of tower for depth of 0.45 m including cost of all materials, labours, lead and lift, etc., complete.

Lowering of LT/HT Line during stringing of power conductor and restringing to the orginal position after completion of stringing work including cost of all labour,lead, lift, etc., complete.

Labour Charges for Transporting and hoisting of 120 kN Antifog single tension insulators of 8 units including cost of labour,lead lift etc complete

Labour Charges for Transporting and hoisting of 90 kN Antifog suspension insulators of 7 units including cost of labour,lead lift etc complete
