Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description and any thickness on brick ,concrete or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and fair without using Extra Cement. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Rough cast plaster on brick wall consisting under coat of cement and sand mortar (1:3) not less than 10mm thick and while it is still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied and finish even, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from plastered surface of wall by using electric sand paper grinder, washing, rubbing down and stopping of existing treatment including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescence salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc and preparation of plastered surfaces finally rubbed and smooth with sand paper, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparing New Plastered/ Old Plastered Surface (Including Rough Cast ) surface of wall, concrete surface etc and applying two Coats of all Weather Exterior Emulsion Paints in Camouflaging pattern @ 1.43litre/10 sqm over and including priming Coats of Exterior Primer of same make applied @ 0.90 litre/10sqm as per new Sigma pattern generated by Station Authority and RGB Values variation from 110 to 171 by using 4 to 5 Colour shades as per approved pattern at a height not exceeding 25 mtr as per sample approved by GE complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The % of the colours may change without any financial effect.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonary, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for brick work with subclass B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius , buit in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Demolition of Cement Concrete in any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing debris, etc. to Outside MD/AF Land, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, as in surface channel or drain etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in Cement mortar, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped end etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel over 30 cm inner girth in Cement mortar, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped end etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) in Foundation, Filling and Mass Concrete, etc. including Use and Waste of Formwork as required/ordered, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in Coping, etc. including Use and Waste of Formwork as required/ordered, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick reinforced Precast factory Made cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in man hole cover bromatic slabs finish even and smooth without using extra cement ( Top Surface will be chequered finish) including necessary form work including 2mm thick CR sheet with 2 coat of Bitumen paint and Two sunken steel handle 12mm dia to surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L TMT Bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with Clips, Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L Round Bars 10 mm dia and over upto, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with Clips Fe-410-W ( Gde E-250) Quality A or Fe 290 (Gde E-165), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.
