S&F Exhaust fan metallic stee body type, 300 mm sweep, single phase, 230V, 50 Hz, 900/950 RPM, heavy duty type with suitable metallic lover, blade, frame & flexibe three core copper conductor cable of suitable size for connetion with ceiling rose including making of hole in wall and making good to the disturbed surface complete with all connecting accessories completed all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing concealed distribution box, double door, vertical type, TPN, 415 V, 4 Way of 12 modules, IP 43 suitable for MCCB of 63/100 Amps, 3 P, 16 KA as incomer and MCB SP/ TP as outgoing complete with suitable busbar, netural link, earth link completed all as specified and as directed. Note:- (1) MCCBs/ MCBs shall be measured and paid saperately. (2) Blank space shall be covered with blank plate and cost of the same shall bne included in quoted rate.

APFC panel shall be cubical type, constructed from 14/16 SWG CRCA sheet steel, suitable for indoor installation . Dust/ vermin proof floor mounted. with IP-42 protection . Preparation of surface and treatment by 11 tank process for corrosion proof powder coating with approved colour for not less than 50 microns and all doors and covers shall be fully gasket using good quality EPDM gasket and /or rubber strips, and to provide good quality locking arrangement, durable door opening & closing mechanism and digital volt meter Ampere meter and PF indication meter all as per approved from CPRI. powder coated and as per IS-7032 shade. Angle iron base frame of MS angle 32x32x 5 mm having length 45 cm ( 15 cm in foundation and 30 mm above the foundation to facilitate entry of incoming calce ) shall be provided as per site requirement all as specified and directed. NOTE :- APFC panel drawing shall be approved from the Garrison Engineer before procurement .

Supply and fix 4 Pole MCCB 500 to 630 Amp, 50 Hz ,415 V with rupturing capacity 50 KA complete with Sheet metal enclosure consisted of 3.15 mm MS Sheet with powder coated and fixing arrangement to wall surface and providing necessary opening for incoming and outgoing cable as well as for switching ON/OFF of MCCB and as per site requirement all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Isolation Transformer of capacity 400 KVA Indoor type, Oil cooled cooper wound complete with standard fittings and accessories with provision of overload, under current protection surge protection against load surges 433/433 volts, 3 Phase, 4 wire with off load tapping on to vary secondary voltage within limit, Insulation class –H and all as per relevant IS of isolation transformer and provision of following and complete all as specified and directed by Engr –in- Charge. (i) Bottom oil filter cum drain valve (ii) Rating diagram and terminal marking plate. (iii) Earthing Terminals -02 Nos (iv) Lifting Plugs -01 set (v) Under carriage with 4 Nos of Bidirectional rollers (vi) Separate neutral bushing shall be brought for earthing Notes : (i) Pre – dispatch inspection at OEM factory premises shall be carried out by Rep of Accepting Officer. (ii) Prior to manufacture, the contractor shall get the general arrangement, drawing and design details of the transformer approved by GE. (iii) After installation of Transformer at site, the pre- commissioning test shall be carried out by rep of Accepting Officer.

Supply, Installation , Testing and commissioning of the copper wound oil cooled indoor type Voltage stabilizer of capacity 400 KVA, confirming to IS 9815 (Part-I) designed for voltage variation between 300 V to 480 Volt and stabilizes at 415 Volt with the following and confirming to BIS 9815 (Part-I) all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (i) The corrector shall keep the voltage output within +/-1% of the rated output voltage. (ii) The rate of voltage correction shall not be less than 6 Volt per sec without hunting during the operation. (iii) The efficiency shall not be less than 95%. Notes:- Pre –dispatch inspection at OEM factory premises shall be carried out by Rep of Garrison Engineer. (ii) The acceptance test at the site after installation of stabilizer shall be carried out by Rep of Accepting Officer as per the following. Physical Examination, insulation resistance, High voltage test, leakage current test, Provision of earthing, Output Voltage No load current, Measurement of no load losses, Induced voltage test etc.

Supply and installation, testing and commissioning of 300KVA UPS system based on IGBT module with high input power factor & low input TDHI, load adaptability for linear and non linear loads with modular system construction design for power expansion & easy maintenance with safety and protection function including current, voltage thermal abnormality, short circuit etc. Digital controlled independent charger with intelligent battery management system & large touch screen for information display with front access & top & bottom cable connection and each individual module configured with independent controller to avoid single point failure risk with 30 minutes backup as per below specification for radar load application. NOTE :- (a) Factory inspection / Pre- dispatch inspection of the Stabilizer at premises of the OEM shall be carried out by the rep of Garrison Engineer (b) The following test shall be carried out in the factory premises for the approved product:- (i) Load regulation test at 100% load (ii) Overload capacity test (iii) Accoustic noise test (<60 dB at 1 meter). (iv) Battery Discharge test (v) I/P & O/P PF test . (vi) THD test. (vii) DC Voltage test. (viii) Efficiency test & any other test as mandated under IEC/EN standards as applicable

Supply and fix Automatic transfer switch (ATS) with 4 pole for 630A current rating, 50Hz, 415V Automatic/ mannual with Complete protection all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix ON LOAD change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosures 4 pole of capacity 630 Amps suitable for fixing arrangement to wall surface as per site requirement all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for conductive concrete marconite earthing by boring of hole of minimum 85mm dia to a depth of 3mtr and inserting GI rod of dia 16mm and length 3mtr and filling with conductive concrete earthing around GI rod of 85mm dia. The complete assembly to be connected to GI strip including nuts, bolts, washer including provision of concrete earth pit PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregated with 40mm thick cover with RCC (1:2:4) reinforced XPm (weight not less than 4Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25mmX3mm with lugs & 6mm dia MS Bar handle with connection to earth test point all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (a)Conductive concrete earthing consisting of 03 Parts of marconite & 01 part of cement by weight with addition of 01 liter of water per 4kg of total mix. (b) Rate of one set is incliuded for the following :- (i) 2 Nos. of CCE GI 16x85x3000 with jointing strip GI. (ii) Service Charges for supervision for installation of conductive concrete earthing by Rep of concerned Earthing expert or OEM . M & L for conductive concrete earthing consisted of galvanized steel earth electrode of length 3000mm, diameter 16mm duly inserted into the precast Earthen /Powder (a bonded mixture of Marconite and cement) a diameter 85 mm duly buried in hole of suitable size to accommodate the electrode and Earthen assembly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes:- The rates included shall be inclusive of the following (i) Service charges for supervision at site during installation of concrete conductive earthing by the rep of OEM. (ii) Transport and packing charges upto the site. (iii) A set shall be comprises of 02 Nos of concrete conductive earthing and jointing GI strip. (iv) The record of test result of all earthing shall be kept in record and produced before processing the RAR/ Final Bill. (v) Before locating the place of earthing any of the following tests shall be carried out by the contractor at his own expense. (a) Wenner 4 Pin Method (b) Slope Method (c) Star-Delta Method (d) Two- point method (dead earth method) (e) Clamp on test method.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connecting to the GI strip 32 x 6mm, by means nut bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of the GI Earth wire protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40 mm incl provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregated with 40 mm thick cover with RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg / Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25mm X 25 mm X 3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI medium grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, Supplying and Filling common salt and charcoal filling in alternate layers sorrounding the earth electode upto 15 mm all sides alongwith fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding than 50 mtr, all as per electric plate No 3 of SSR Part I 2009 and connection to earth test point all as specified incl testing on completion .

M&L for disconnecting of existing Changeover of 600/630Amps, TPN from existing control panel bard by removing all cables and shifting/fixing to CEC wall including provision Sheet metal enclosure consisted of 3.15 mm MS Sheet with powder coated and fixing arrangement to wall surface and providing necessary opening for incoming and outgoing cable as well as for switching ON/OFF of MCCB and as per site requirement all as specified and directed . Note :- Disconnection and Re-Connection of all incoming and outgoing cables including replacement cable gland, lugs/thimbles etc as required at site to be done by the contractor within the quoted rate.

M& L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine for underground cables suitable for 0.4 Mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.
