Material and labour for vitrified ceramic light shade coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

All as per item No.2 above but in vertical surfaces and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including backing coat 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick walls for skirting/DADO complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 450x350x7mm thick glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry pointed in coloured cement to match over rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B0, 25mm thk using 12.5mm aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for chequered Cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x25mm thick, with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Machine cut pre polished kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base 15mm thick in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/dado/vertical surfaces laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing laid over and including 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
