Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material(25mm to 4.75mm IRC HBG Metal@65%,4.75 to 2.36mm below IRC HBG metal @15%)spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 402 Grading C

Providing and laying 75mm compacted thick WBM Gr.II using 1 cum of 90 mm to 22.40 mm IRC HBG metal and 0.24 cum of Gravel for blindage for 10sqm. Of 75mm compacted thick (the blindage material shall have PI value less than 6%) including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved quarry to worksite and stacking to departmental gauge for pre-measurement as directed by the departmental officers including labour for spreading metal and gravel hand packing to camber and grade lines blinding with required quantity of gravel forming edge bunds watering with all leads for good water slurrying rolling and consolidation by power roller and finishing has per MOST 404 (III revision) including hire and fuel charges for power roller and water sprinkler and all other tools and plants employed therefor and all other incidental charges etc., complete for top layer.

Applying tack coat over WBM surface using 4 kg of bituminous emulsion per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied by deptly at section store and cost of which will be recovered at the rates as per special condittion appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying tack coat and for applying required quantity of bituminous emulsion by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc, complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification

Providing and laying Premix carpet with seal coat type 'A' for 20 mm consolidated thickness 0.18cum of 13.20 mm and 0.09 cum of 11.20 mm with 14.60 kg of 60/70 grade bitumen for pre mixing for 10 sqm for premix carpet and 0.09 cum of 6.70 mm IRC size HBG metal

laying US Gravel including cost and conveyance and stacking at site to departmental gauge for taking pre measurements by departmental officers and including labour charges for spreading the gravel as per standard specificiation etc complete
