Providing and fixing false ceiling with particle board 'Anchor ceiling tiles ' at elevations with MS slotted angle (40*40*2mm) grid work suspended from ceiling with MS rod suspender of 8mm dia rod by means of angle /flat /tee cleats by welding to existing MS plate EP's in the roof ceiling, providing necessary additional MS structural section supporting of electrical tube lighting/ incandescent / any other light fixtures AC diffusers , supply and return air grills , trap doors, etc., MS welded mesh for return air path wherever required , supplying and fitting aluminium sheet reflectors to required shape for tube lighting, 12mm thick teakwood particle board anchor ceiling tiles grade 'C' architectural series half perforated BWP phenol formal dehyde resin bonded or equivalent approved pattern designed particle board ceiling tiles fixed with approved architectural groove gaps in the joint or flush butt jointed tile ends wherever required, and painting with approved make and colour two coats of acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer to ceiling tiles and two coats of anticorrosive synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer to all structural steel items and suspendors except slotted angle ,providing necessary counter sunk bolt ,nuts, and washers to fix ceiling tile and or flush butt jointed tile ends wherever required aslo CP/MS bolt and nuts with washers for slotted angle grid with cleats including supply ,cutting ,grinding, welding, fabricating and erecting in position all structural steel works necessary scaffolding, stagging all tools and plants labour ,etc. complete all as per specifications and drawings. Only false ceiling area will be Measured for the Purpose of Payment. This work will be carried out at inactive/white area.
