Earth work excavation for plinth & foundation in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50 mtrs. initial lead and 1.5 mtrs.initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm laying in layers not exceeding 0.30 mtrs in depth as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & filling in foundation and plinth with sand watered and rammed including the cost, conveyance, royalty and labour charges etc. complete.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 4cm size hard granite metal including the cost, conveyance, royalty and labour charges etc.Complete.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size hard granite chips including the cost, conveyance, royalty and labour charges etc.Complete.

Fly Ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:4) using fly ash brick having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/Cm2 with dimensional tolerance of +/- 8% after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before using foundation and plinth including hoisting, placing in position, watering, curing to required time etc. including cost, converyance, royalties and cost of all labour with T & P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. work of ( 1:1.5:3) with 12 mm & down grade black hard granite chips( crusher broken) including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing and finishing the exposed surface smooth, providing grooves or beds where necessary including cost of all materials (excluding cost of tor steel) and cost of all labour with T & P required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, cutting, bending, binding and laying the grill of approved dia and placing in position of tor steel (Fe-500) for R.C.C. works and using binding wire 18 to 20 gauge including cost, conveyance and labour complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for R C C works including false works and dismantling them after casting including cost of material complete for RCC floor and roof slabs, landings, balconies, projecting sunshades and chajjas up to 4.30 mtr height.

20 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) admixed with 101-LW+ (Dr. Fixit) in finished smooth over the RCC Ceiling after cleaning the rebars by applying 204-rust remover (Dr. Fixit) and removal of all loose particles, applying a thick coat of neat cement slury admixed with 301- Universal Repair Product (Dr.Fixit) (1 part URP and 1.5 part OPC cement), watering for curing to required time, including cost, conveyance, royalties,cost of all labour with T & P required for the work complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

16 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) after racking out the joints including watering, curing to required time, cost, conveyance, royalties, cost of all labour with T & P required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

12 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) over brick work with cement punning for skirting including watering, curing to required time, cost, conveyance, royalties, cost of all labour with T & P required for the work complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing polished vitrified tile of premium grade in floors of size 600mm x 600mm coloured / printed series (Homogeneous) of Kajaria/ Somani/Jhonson & Jhonson/AGL or equivalent make confirming to IS : 15622:2006 laid on 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc required for the work all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing 30cm x 45cm size special plain/printed series edge cut GLAZED TILES (wall tiles) of premium grade of Kajaria power line / Somany Digital N Glosstra / Asian impression / Johnson /RAK/Orient Bell or equivalent having thickness 6.5mm to 6.7mm conforming to IS 13753 of approved make & shade in Dadoes over 12mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 Cement: 3 Coarse sand) finished with modular pointing in white cement & pigment to match the shade of the tiles including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour curing sundries and T & P etc. required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing granite tiles of minimum 20mm thick above 0.40 sqm in floors, treads or steps and landing on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1 cement : 1 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to mach the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing, forming nose complete. including cost of materials, conveyance, royalty, cost of labour with T & P required etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing up three track Aluminium window (sliding type) made up powder coated aluminium Section 9778 as windows frame, section No 4095, 4096 and 9777, 3994 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass (I.S.I.) as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of materials all taxes labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including cost of S.S. wire Mesh

Fabricating, supplying & fixing M.S. gate/ Grill made of M.S. Square pipe, flat, square bar, C.R. sheet etc. of approved design and as per direction of E.I.C.

Supply and fixing wash basins of size 550 x 400 mm with pedestal with Cast Iron or M S brackets painted white including cutting holes in walls and making good the damages etc all complete as per specification including cost of 15mm dia CP pillar cock, Semi Rigid PVC waste pipe for sink and wash basin 32 mm dia with length not less than 700 mm with PVC waste fittings, Unplasticised P.V.C. connection pipe with brass union 45 cm long 15mm bore, 32mm dia CP Brass waste etc. complete.

Supply and Fixing 600mm x 450mm bevelled edge mirror of superior glass mounted on 6mm thick A.C sheet or plywood sheet and fixed to wooden plugs with chromium plated brass screws and washers complete as per specification.
