Charges for operation of 6 Nos. of MF 60-65 (4x 400 HP& 2x368HP) pumps both Mechanical & Electrical operations during the monsoon period with roaster duty of specialized workers for 24 hours a day complete . ( for five months from 1st June to 30th October ,2025 )

Charges for operation of 4 Nos of MF 50-55 (2x 250HP & 2x150 HP) pumps both Mechanical & Electrical operations during the monsoon period with roaster duty of specialized workers for 24 hours a day complete . ( for five months from 1st June to 30th October, 2025)

Charges for clearance of garbage suspended foreign materials (any other obstruction which clogs suction) from the suction area including suction pipe of MF dewatering Pumps for uninterrupted suction by the pumps during the period of operations .

Running maintenance charge of Electrical Panel board connected to 300 KW motor for 400HP MF pump including replacement of parts (to be supplied by Deptt.) those may required for maintenance including dismantling & refitting of components and supply of all perishable items complete (a) Star Delta Panel Board

Running maintenance charge of main Electrical Panel board connected to 275 KW motors of two Nos. of 367 HP MF60-65 Pumps and equipped with vacuum pump, butterfly valve, capacitor, temperature gauge etc. control system for pumps including replacement of parts (to be supplied by Department) those may required for maintenance including dismantling & refitting of components and supply of all perishable items complete.

Charges for dismantling, checking, repairing & running maintenance of 10HP vacuum pump with electric motor, coupling and priming line etc. including replacement of parts those may be required for maintenance & refitting of components of all perishable items complete (Spares to be supplied by Deptt.)

(i) Checking & testing of 750 KVA/500KVA ,11/0.433 KV,3 –phase,50 Hz , Outdoor type, HV & LV for 4 star, BIS Level -2 Opening of transformer new gasket sets, transformer cover , conservator tank , explosion vent pipe, L. T & H.T terminals etc. (ii)Fitting of H.V. stud. & . Bushing (copper wound) , Ratio Switch, including making of primary & secondary core-coil assembly with all connections after servicing etc., Cleaning and painting works of transformer, tank surfaces both outside and inside complete as directed. Testing, closing of Transformer including changing of gasket sets etc. & filling up specified Transformer Oil to permissible level for maximum operational efficiency.

Providing corrugated G. S sheet roofing including vertical /curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks , bolts & nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and GI limpet washers or with GI limpet washers filled with white lead , including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paints on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/sqm Qty : 40m x 7 m = 280.00 sqm

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks , bolts and nuts 8mm dia GI limpet and bitumen washers complete . 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/sqm

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Brick work 7 cm thick with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : (a) On rough side 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

Fabrication & fitting of netting made of MS Rod 12mm & MS Angle 40 x 40 x 3 mm including cost of welder/labour charges etc. for protecting the suction strainer to trap garbage at the suction end of pipes complete as directed.
