M & L for removing of existing newar from charpoy GI pipe, tightening of charpoy frame including replacing GI check nuts, GI elbow 3 way, long/short rails, legs of charpoy GI pipe and providing Flat iron CLEATS 40mm x 6mm not less than 15 mm long welded to GI pipe including drilling of holes on each cleats duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer for fixing the plywood with nut and bolts (02 Nos on each short rail, 02 Nos on each long rail ) and providing stiffners of 40 mm x 6 mm thick 01 No between long rail to long rail duly welded & providing 12 mm thick plywood commercial type BWR grade on top including 3mm thich wood beading on all side edges of plywood and one coat of wood primer and one coad of paint light brown (Make : Asian/Shalimar/Berger) of plywood fixing with nut bolt 6 mm dia 35 mm long (10 Nos), all as specified and directed and shown in drg FD-220. Note : GI check nut, GI elbow 3 way, long/short rails, legs shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only and conversion for reuse).

Removing of old unsv plywood comercial 12mm thick type BWR grade from charpoy GI pipe and tightening of charpoy GI pipe frame incl replacing GI check nuts and GI elbow 3 way and providing new plywood 12mm thick commercial type BWR grade including 3mm thich wood beading on all side edges of plywood and one coat of wood primer and one coat of paint light brown (Make : Asian/ shalimer/berger) of plywood and shown in drg FD-220. Make :National/Kitply/Greenply. Note: GI check nuts and GI elbow three way shall be mearsured and paid seperately.

Removing old unsv nylone tape newar from charpoy GI pipe tightening the loose frame /assemble from loose components whereever required and providing new nylone tape newar 50mm wide ,virgin quality not recycled, weight not less than 1.5 Kgs per charpoy all as specified and shown on drg FD-220.

Supply only new GI check nut, 32 mm dia for charpoy GI pipe all as shown on drg, as specified and directed and shown in drg FD-220.

Supply only GI elbow, 3 way, 32 mm dia, ISI Marked, for charpoy GI pipe all as shown on drg, as specified and directed and shown in drg FD-220.

Supply only long rails for charpoy GI pipe made out of GI pipe, 32 mm dia, medium grade, threaded both side complete all as shown on drg, as specified and directed.

Supply only short rails for charpoy GI pipe made out of GI pipe, 32 mm dia, medium grade, threaded both side complete all as shown on drg, as specified and directed and shown in drg FD-220.

Conversion of long rail obtained from item No 4.06 above into short rail, threaded both ends and fix all as shown on drawing and as directed and shown in drg FD-220..

Conversion of short rail obtained from item No 4.07 above into legs threaded at one end and other end of legs plugged/welded with 5mm thick MS plate, 40mm dia welded to legs all as shown on drawing and directed and shown in drg FD-220. (All MS work shall be painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer)

Removing of unserviceable locks with keys and supply and fixing new MS locks of size 50 mm 6 levers with stainless steel keys in duplicate of almirah large/medium steel all as shown on drawings, as specified and directed and shown in drg DGS&D FD-67 FD-243

Removing unserviceable steel handle and supply and fixing new steel chromium plated handle for almirah large/medium steel all as per drawings as specified and directed and shown in drg DGS&D FD-67 FD-243

Removing of unserviceable table top of table office offr steel of size 1370 x 760mm and supply and fix new tops made out of 18/19 mm thick plain particle board exterior grade covered with 1.5 mm thick plasitc laminated sheet teak veneer one side and the other side with one coat of white synthetic enamel paint including 4 mm thick teak wood beading all around the top complete all as shwon as directed and shown in drg FD-84/DGS&D.

Removing old unserviceable seat frame and S&F new wooden seat frame duly french polished in reqd shade/size to chair tubular steel with arms, the frame of seats shall be made of second class hard wood duly canned with 2 mm wide plastic cane of required shade as per Godrej pattern including fixing with nut, bolt and washer of best quality, derusting/rubbing old steel surfaces with sand paper & painting the steel frame with one coat of synthetic enamelled paint of shade as approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge and shown in drg FD-75.

Removing old unserviceable back frame and S&F new wooden back frame duly french polished in reqd shade/size to chair tubular steel with arms. The back frame shall be made of second class hard wood duly canned with 2 mm wide plastic cane of required shade as per Godrej pattern including fixing with nut, bolt and washer of best quality, derusting/rubbing old steel surfaces with sand paper & painting the steel frame with one coat of synthetic enamelled paint of shade as approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge and shown in drg FD-75.

Removing of old unserviceable broken armrest of chair tubular steel with arms & providing new second class HW handrest duly black polished all as specified and shown on drg FD-75.

Removing old unserviceable seat frame and S&F new wooden seat frame duly french polished in reqd shade/size to chair tubular steel without arms. The frame of seats shall be made of second class hard wood duly canned with 2 mm wide plastic cane of required shade as per Godrej pattern including fixing with nut, bolt and washer of best quality, derusting/rubbing old steel surfaces with sand paper & painting the steel frame with one coat of synthetic enamelled paint of shade as approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge and shown in drg FD-75.

Removing old unserviceable back frame and S&F new wooden back frame duly french polished in reqd shade/size to chair tubular steel without arms. The back frame shall be made of second class hard wood duly canned with 2 mm wide plastic cane of required shade as per Godrej pattern including fixing with nut, bolt and washer of best quality, derusting/rubbing old steel surfaces with sand paper & painting the steel frame with one coat of synthetic enamelled paint of shade as approved by GE/Engr-in-Charge and shown in drg FD-75.

Removing of old unserviceable broken cleats & providing New MS cleats 25x40x3 mm duly welded for chair tubular steel with arms and chair tubular steel without arms including one coat of synthetic enamel painting complete all as specified and shown in drg FD-75.

Removing of unserviceable wheels of chair revolving and supply and fixing of new as directed by engineer-in-charge. ( Drg : As per Trade pattern).

Removing the unserviceable cushion from seat and back of chair revolving and provide new cushion (of polyurethane foam having 40 density of make King foam, sleepwell or equivalent including cushion cloth and rubber beading all arounding seat and back), complete all as per drg and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. ( Drg : As per Trade pattern).

All as per above but for bottom section of chair revolving, spring dusting, greasing and refixing the same for smooth movement of chair. ( Drg : As per Trade pattern).

Removing of unserviceable table top of Teapoy varandha and S & Fix new top made out of 18/19 mm thick particle board exterior grade covered with 1.5mm thick white plastic laminated sheet one side and other side with one coat of white synthetic enamelled paint complete all as shown on drg & as specified and directed and shown in drg FD-255.

Spray painting to Almirah large steel with shelves with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality/shade after applying putty on steel surfaces whereever necessary and making smoothening of surfaces where ever required by sand papering Complete all as specified & directed as shown in drg FD-67 DGS&D
