REPAIR/ TREATMENT OF GI RAISING MAIN PIPE IN CERTAIN MD/ OTM ACCN UNDER GE DRONACHAL

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide & not exc 1.5 mtr in depth: for foundation etc or for manholes, laying of pipe lines,cables,pipes etc in any type of soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling watering & well rammng in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified & diected.

Taking out existing CI/DI pipe line, of any class including CI fitting with spigot and socket ends and lead joint including burning out lead joints recover in lead and to be relaying after cleaning / insertion of new CI pipes/CI fittings of any class/type of follwing sizes in safe condition for the following sizes :-

(a) 80mm bore

(b) 100 mm bore

(c ) 150 mm bore

(d) 200 mm bore

(e) 250mm bore

Refixing CI pipe including fittings with spigot and socketed end/ flanged end, centrifugally cast laid in trenches after cleaning internally and externally, drawing out forigen material/rust complete up to satisfaction of Engr in Charge of following sizes with and including new titon joint for fixing of pipe :- Note :- (i) Earth work , joints and CI Specials/fittings of the pipes shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item.

Supply , laying and jointing DI iron pipes S/S class K 9 of standard length , internal cement mortar coating an external surface with bituminious paint of the following sizes ISI marked including nut bolt, packing material etc and making the joint leak proof complete all as specified and directed. Note : - (i) Earth work, joint and CI/DI specials/fittings of the pipes shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items of Schedule.

Taking up or down (from wall/trenches/floor) existing GI steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store of following sizes:-

Taking out old mechanical Joint and s& F new MJ DI type K12 of followng size including nut bolt all connecting accessories all specified and directed.

Day to Day Maintance GI pipe line various sizes for minor reparing/rectified and attending the complain of pipe line leakage/float valve reparing of size 15 mm to 50 mm by highly skilled trades man as required at site to complete job with stuiplated time without hampering water supply and making functional including all necessary T & P Complete all as specified and directed at site. Note : - (i) The quoted rate deems to exclude for all excavation & dewatering and new GI fittings of suitable size.(ii) The trades man shall report to E/M complaint cell of AGE E/M Dronachal daily at 8.30 am to take complaints from concern JE E/M . The complaint must be attended on same day in stuiplate time period by providing material required and by deploying sufficient manpower by the contractor. The complaint slip duly singned by the user shall be returened back at the complaint cell with proper feed back in the eveing.(iii) For urgent complaint must be come in holiday.(iv) New GI fittings of suitable size,Yarn & safeda/White lead paid and measured to be separetally .(v) Complaint slips & other stationary required for attending complaint shall be supplied by contractor without any extra cost to the departement.

Supply, install, testing of open well-submersible pump set of capacity 3 HP, suction size 65 mm,Delivery size 50 mm,Speed 2800 RPM,3 Phase,frequancy 50 HZ,No of stage one,Head18-24 mtr,Discharge max 9.7 LPS,Pump shaft stainless steel, with & including starter of suitable size/capacity and single core copper cable of 10 sqmm length approx (20 metre) connection from starter to motor complete all specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing of open well-submersible pump set of capacity 0.5 HP, suction size 25 mm,Delivery size 25 mm,Speed 2740 RPM,1 Phase,frequancy 50 HZ,No of stage one,Head12-18 mtr,Discharge max 1.7 LPS,Pump shaft stainless steel, with & including starter of suitable size/capacity and single core copper cable of 2.5 sqmm length approx (20 metre) connection from starter to motor complete all specified and directed.

M&L for taking out unserviceable submersible pumping set complete with column pipe any capacity and any type from existing bore well carefully without damaging the p/set including connecting parts and lowering the same after repair including provision of suitable size of nut & bolts with washer and suitable packing for column pipes and connection of submersible cable complete all as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.( NOTE: (1) Chain pully block and clamps etc shall be provided by the contractor. (2) Necessary safety pracaution will be responsibility of the contractor.

Taking out old UNSV Starter and S&F in replacement automatic starter of star delta in sheet metal enclosure type, wall mounting suitable for centrifugal pump /submercible pump/monoblock pump pump of , 3 phase, 415 volt, 50 hz, suitable relay range in 5 to 30 Amp, ML contactor, ML over load relay all including taking out old starter single phase preventer fittngs complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old submersiblle cable and S&F submersible flat copper cable of size 6 sqmmX3core , 220 volt , 50 Hzall specified and directed.
