DEVELOPMENT JOBS RELATED TO MODEL TERMINAL OF SV RR UNDER JHABUA JURISDICTION

Filling available excavated earth/fine sand/coarse sand/stone aggregate (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth sides of foundation, etc in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50M and with all lift.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, all lead and lift. All kinds of soil.

Earth work in foundations, trenches or drain, etc. at all depths upto 3m including disposal of excavated earth outside the premises of Plant/Township as directed by EIC with all lead & lift for all kind of soil.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Cement Concrete of mix 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded Stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in foundation, plinth, pavement, approach roads, flooring etc and up to floor three level

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping, etc. and removal of form work for : Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc. Foundations, footings, bases for columns. Columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts and struts

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level & superstructure. In suspended floors roofs, footing, landing, walls chajjas, lintels, beams, shelves, coloumns, balconies, facias, pavement/roads, flooring etc. - 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Reinforcement for R.C.C., work including cutting, bending, binding and placing in position complete at all levels. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in all levels: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)
