Providing and laying of a stress absorbing membrane over a cracked road surface, with crack width below 6 mm after cleaning with a mechanical broom, using modified binder complying with clause 521, sprayed at the rate of 9 kg per 10 sqm and spreading 5.6 mm crushed stone aggregates @ 0.11 cum per 10 sqm with hydraulic chip spreader, sweeping the surface for uniform spread of aggregates and surface finished to conform to clause 902.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor @ 0.25 kg. Per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with mechanical control to the required grade, level and alingment, rolling with smooth wheeled bibratory and tendom rollers to achiev the desired compection as per MORTH specifiaction clause 509 complete all respects.(Gr.-II)

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transportings to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table No. 300-2

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.(As per MORTH 803.4 complete in all respects including cost of all materials, T&P, labour, cess, cartage for proper completion of work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charges.)
