Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 70/72 watts , 140 V - 270 V , 50Hz AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast alluminium housing with top opening service and heat resistant complete with driver and with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 66 protection , Light sensing with auto on off as per ambient light conditions, High efficiency long life LED package modules on MCPCB with LED lumen efficacy of >110 lumen per watt, Electronic Driver Powered by Built-in, isolated electronic LED driver (SMPS based constant current supply) with lower THD, Output Open / Short Circuit protection, Phase to Phase protection, Over Voltage protection, 10 kV surge protection, Surge Voltage protection & other safety tests as per IS 15885 Part-2/Sec13 completed to driver with superier finish with top maintainable driver compartment complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pole mounting type junction box factory made of minimum size 300 x200x100mm of FRP sheet duly powder coated with front openable hinged door , locking arrangements, with 4 Nos aluminium bus bars 40 Amps rating mounted on SMC /porcelain insulator, cable glands and lugs consisting DIN type rails for fixing MCB SP 6/10 Amps, 10 kA suitable for domestic loading , -01 no. including mild steel flat iron clamp and and supporting flat Iron made out of 40x4mm FI, nuts, bolts and washers duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F one run of three core 2.5 Sqmm x 3 core (nominal area) PVC insulated and PVC sheathed multi stranded unarmed copper conductor cable LT 1100 volt grade Confirming to IS : 7098 drawn through existing tubular pole for connecting to street light and pole JBs complete as all specified and as directed.

Material and labour for light grade GI pipe 40 mm bore of approx. 1.5 mtr length and fixed to pole with FI 40mm x 6mm clamps, 02 nos and suitable size necessary nuts & bolts complete set with painting of two coat red oxide and over aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of mounting bracket made of 40 mm bore (or higher size to suit the opening of fitting) light grade GI pipe of approx 1.5 mtr length bent to shape and fixed to pole with FI 40mm x 6mm clamps, 2 nos and suitable size necessary nuts & bolts ,including Bracket complete set painting of two coat red oxide and aluminium painted including of fixing of existing street lights complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, transporting to site, erecting, and fixing in position, steel tubular swaged and welded poles of Overall height 9 metres, type 410 SP-31, IS-2713 marked, with cast iron base plate (fillet welded to poles), pole cap / finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washers etc,duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and painting 05 nos band /strips with fluorescent , Black/ Red/ White/ Green and Black synthetic enamel paint (30 cm wide each) at a distance of 30 cm from plinth block and numbering of poles complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Excavation, Earth work and PCC required for pole fixing will be measured & paid seperately under respective item of schedule 'A'. (ii) Poles shall be swaged and welded at manufacturer’s factory and not at site. The inner surface shall be factory painted.

M&L for Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in Soft/Loose soil including trimming sides and bottom of trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation (below pole) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for foundation of pole etc. (around the poles in pit) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for coping of poles including necessary form work, fair finishing to exposed surfaces using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.
