The following work to be carried out for attending work including Carriage of New 63MVA T/F from 220KV S/S Barahua under ETD-II, Gorakhpur to 132KV S/S Kunda under ETD-Pratapgarh and its Erection & Commissioning against replacement of damaged 63MVA T/F-II at 132KV S/S Kunda Under ETD-Pratapgarh

Shifting of main tank of 63MVA, 132/33KV M/s TAL make power transformer (ESD-589) from stacking place to loading point, turning of tank if required, including all T&P, men and all other works required to complete the job satisfactorly at 220KV Substation Barahua, Gorakhpur under ETD- II Gorakhpur.

Loading of new 63MVA, 132/33KV M/s TAL make power transformer (ESD-589) tank on trailer/truck including all accessories and jacking the transformer tank for placing the wooden sleeper under the tank and simultaneously lifting the tank by jacking and placing sleepers continuosly under the tank till the wooden platform comes in the alingnment of trailer bed and shifting the tank from wooden plateform to traler bed . removel of rails etc from under the tanke, proper ightening of tank on trailer bed with the help of wire rope and heavey turn buckle for safe transportation at 220KV Substation Barahua, Gorakhpur

Safe Carriage of 63MVA, 132/33KV M/s TAL make power transformer (ESD-589) and accessories from 220KV Substation Barahua,Gorakhpur to 132KV Substation kunda, Pratapgarh on suitable capacity trailer ( multi axel trailer) to aranged by the contractor at his own cost insurance of tansformer during transit shall be done by the contractor on his own cost. the distance for carriage is approx 300Km Insurance got done by the Contractor and his to be re- imbursed as actual at the time of submission of documents as actual.

unloading the new 63MVA, 132/33KV M/s TAL make power transformer (ESD-589) including all accessories from trailers and their proper stacking at the designatesd place 132 KV Substation Kunda. The job includes opening of laces, jacking the transformer tank for placing the rails under the tank, shifing it to the wooden sleeper plateform, to be prepared adjacent to the trailer, removing the rails from under the tank towards group by slowly removing the sleepers from under tank for which sleepers shall be arranged by contractor.

Complete dismantling the accessories of damaged 63MVA, 132/33KV M/s TAL make power transformer (ESD-452) No-2 at 132KV substation Kunda, Pratapgarh after opening of jumpers, removal of earthing and opening of cable connection , draining out the transformer oil up to required level in 209 liters capacity oil drums/tanker, removal of all radiators, conservator tank , oil pipe lines, all bushings, turrets , fan motors, marshaling box , etc., blanking the radiators, oil pipe lines, conservator tank turrets etc. with proper gaskets alongwith nuts and bolts to complete the job satisfactorily including proper stacking. Blanking plates, nuts and bolts and gaskets shall be provided by the department. All other T&P etc. shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Safe handling &Shifting of all accessories of damged 63MVA, 132/33KV M/s TAL make power transformer (ESD-452) such as radiators, conservator tank, bushings, cooling fans, motor drive mechanism of RTCC panel, oil pipe line etc. from site to stored place s/s Kunda, Pratapgarh including other associated works also if required for completion of job satisfactorily.

Complete erection of 63MVA, 132/33KV M/s TAL make power transformer (ESD-589) by erection of its radiators, conservator tank, all bushings, their turrets connecting oil pipe lines, cooling fans, motor drive mechanism of tap changer, oil pumps and associated oil pipe lines etc. to complete the job satisfactorily including first filling of oil and topping up of transformer oil ( Not circulation )in tank, radiators, oil pipe lines, conservator tank etc. and attending the oil leakage, if any, and all other associated works for satisfactory completion of work at132KV S/S Kunda. Contractor shall provide all assistance in getting the transformer successfully commissioned by providing qualified manpower till commissioning, including the cost of all men, T&P, and associated arrangements.

Centrifuging of complete transformer oil of New 63MVA, 132/33KV M/s TAL make power transformer (ESD-589) in transformer tank or oil tanker by connecting centrifuging pipes, circulating the transformer oil through centrifuging machine, to be provided by the contractor and taking the BDV values of the oil periodically till the required value of the oil is achieved as per direction of supervising Engineer at 132KV substation Kunda, Pratapgarh. All T&P, labor, centrifuging machine& other associated arrangements shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost.

Removal of RTCC panel /C&R of Damaged 63MVA, 132/33KV M/s TAL make power transformer (ESD-452) No.2 by opening cable connections and replacement of new RTCC panel of 63MVA , 132/33Kv Power transformer in control room at 132KV S/S Kunda, Pratapgarh including its shifting of materail from store and vice versa, fixing , laying of control cable if required as per site and connections and other associated works also if required till commissioning of RTCC panel/C&R panel

Dismantling of 132 KV LA, cutting of earthing, opening of jumpers structures etc of 63MVA T/F-2.and re-erection of 132 KV LA, complete earthing and jumpering for new erected 63MVA T/F at 132KV substation Kunda, Pratapgarh

Testing of centrifuge T/F oil (DGA, ppm, BDV)of new 63 MVA T/F at 132 KV S/S Kunda, from government approve laboratory after charging of transformer on load (preferbarly after 15 days)

Earthing of main tank of 63MVA, 132/33KV M/s TAL make power transformer (ESD-589) by using M.S.Flat of size 75x10mm, its jointing with already laid earth mat/deltas. Preparing neutral bushing support, excavation of trenches for earthing work , its back filling etc. M.S Flat will be provided by contractor at his own cost.

Doublle delta earthing . the job includes Fabrication of 3 Meter long Electrode with 40 mm / 36 dia M.S. Rod having 150 mm long conical shape and then its piercing vertically in the ground with top 500 mm below ground level, its welding with 75 x 10 mm size M.S. Flat for making of Shielding Mesh for HV/LV neutral and finally, connecting the Shielding with Main Earthmat at 2 Places, with due digging of Earth / trench, its back filling and painting etc. with all other associated works for satisfactory completion of the job as per technical specificatio

Pre-commissioning testing as per site requirement for charging of new 63MVA, 132/33KV M/s TAL make power transformer (ESD-589) and Its C&R panel at 132V S/S Kunda under ETD-Pratapgarh. Testing kit and skilled operator shall be provided by contractor on their own cost and job includes to and fro charges per visit. the details of pre-commissioning test are as followes :

1-insulation resistance measurement ,2-Current ratio of LV& HV bushing,3-OTI and WTI calibration 4- Protection rely operation check,5-Magnetizing current test ,6-Vector group test,7-Open circuit &Short circuit test, 8-Magnetizing balance test ,9-Voltage ratio test , 10-winding resistance Measurement
