Painting top roofs with bitumen of approved quality at 17 kg per sqm impreganated with a cost of coarse sand at 60 cudm per sqm incl. cleaning the slab surface with brushes and finally with a piece of cloth lightly soaked in kerosene oil complete ( As per SBD)

10cm thick (average) mud phaska of damped brick earth on roofs laid toslope consolidated and plastered with 25 mm thick mud mortar mixed with bhusa at 35kg per cum of earth and gobri leaping with mix 1:1 (1clay: 1 cow dung) and covered with specified tile bricks grouted withcement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral waterproofing compound by weight of cement and finishing neat.With common burnt clay (non modular) brick tiles of classdesignation 10.0 ( As per SBD)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of size 2' x 2' (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08%and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make( Somany, Kajaria, any other reputed make)of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in all colours and shades ,laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand)including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc complete

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles of size 1' 6" x 1" conforming to IS : 15622(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make( Somany, Kajaria, any other reputed make) , in all colours, shade sexcept burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement :3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointingin white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. ( upto height of 5 ft) ( As per SBD)

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including meters lead with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) ( As per SBD)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc complete ( As per SBD)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 02 mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. ( As per SBD)

Applying one coat of water thinable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface ( As per SBD)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed)having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, two or more coats on new work of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturer’s specifications ( As per SBD)

Finishing wall with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 1.43 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of water exterior paint applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm) ( As per SBD)

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including lSI marked M.S. pressed Butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws excluding panelling which will be paid for separately,al! complete as per direction of engineer- in charge. Painting wood work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75litr/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture ( As per SBD)
